“In course of time the House of Ismail[Alaihis Salam] increased and was sub-divided into several Clans. The Quraish Tribe was most Influential and famous of them all. They Lived in MAKKAH and were the Custodians of the KAABA. People from all corners of Arabia were attracted to this Sacred spot as PILGRIMS. The Quraish provided accommodation , food, water and performed other duties pertaining to it. So this Tribe was looked upon high regard, respect and reverence by the ARABS. Many of them carried on trade and business.
