PARDA NABI KAREEM SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM KI ITA’AT HAI

Isi tarah Huzoor akram sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya AURAT QAABIL E PARDA hai yani iska NAA MEHRAMO ki Nigaah se poshida rehna zaroori hai.

 

Ek Mauqa par farmaya:

Aurat jab (be parda) bahar nikalti hai to SHAITAN usko uchak le jaane ki FIKR aur TAAK me rehta hai.

 

Neez Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya jab Apne ghar me (parda ke sath) rehti hai to Us waqt wo Apne RAB ke ziada Qareeb hojati hai.

 

 

PARDA KARNA ALLAH KI IBADAT HAI

BISMILLAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHEEM

Aj kal Aam taur se ye sawal uthaya jata hai ke parda kyu zaroori hai?

Zail me Kitaab o Sunnat ki Raushni me isi ka jawab deni ki koshish ki gayi hai

  1. PARDA KARNA ALLAH ZUL JALAAL KI IBADAT HAI:

 

Allah Ta’ala ne apni aur apne HABEEB sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki baat maanne ko wajib aur zaroori qarar diya hai jaisa ke Quran e Azeez me maujood hai:

“KISI MOMIN MARD YA MOMINA AURAT KO YE HAQ NAHI HAI KE JAB ALLAH TA’LA AUR USKE RASOOL SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM KISI BAAT KA FAISLA KARFEN TO USSE ROOGARDANI KARE (AUR SUN LO) JO SHAQS ALLAH AUR RASOOL sallallahu alaihi wasallam KI NAFARMANI KARE TO WO KHULI GUMRAHI ME GIR PADA.” [SURAH AHZAAB : 36]

 

“(Aye Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Ap ke Rab ki Qasam! Ye log apne ikhtelaafi maamlaat ( aur apasi jhagdon) me ap ko Hakam( judge) bana kar ap se faisl chahe baghair hargioz hargiz IMAAN se Musharraf nahi hosakte, phir Ap jo kuch faisla karden (agar wo unke khilaf bhi ho) tab bhi apne dilon me koi Nagawari Mehsoos na karen aur khushi khushi maan len ye samajh kar ke Insaaf hi hua.”

[SURAH AN NISA : 65]

Maloom hua ke Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke har har Hukum ko manna aur us par Amal karna yahi IMAAN hai. Na Maanna aur Amal na karna Haqeeqat e Imaan ke khilaaf hai, is haqeeqat ki wazahat ke baad suno ke Allah Buzrug o bartar ne Aurton ko parda karne ka hukum farmaya hai.

Quran Kareem me Allah Ta’ala ka ye hukum maujood hai:

“ Aye Nabi(sallallahu alaihi wasallam)! MOMIN Aurton se keh dijye ke wo apni NAZREN neechi karlen aur apne satar (sharmgaahon) ki Hifazat karlen aur apni Zeenat ko zaahir na karen siwaye iske ke kisi (khaas majboori) se zaahir hojaye aur apni OODHNIYO ko apne SEENO par Daale rakhe (yani SEENO ke ubhaar ko apni oodhniyo se chupaaye rakhe”)

[Surah NOOR : 31]

 

Doosri jagah Allah subhanahu Ta’ala farmate hain:

(Aye AURTO!)  Tumapne GHARON me baithi raho aur Zamana Jaahiliyat ki tarah banaao singhaar kar ke apne ko DIKHAATI na PHIRO”                        [Surah AHZAAB :33]

 

Ek aur Jagah Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:

“Paighambar(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ki beebiyo se kuch maangna ho ( ya un se kuch poochna ho) to PARDE ke peeche se parde ki aad me reh kar mango (aur pooch) ye hukum ye tareekha tumhare Dilon ko aur un Aurton ke Dilon ke paak rehne ka ek behtreen zarya hai”

[Surah AHZAAB :53]

 

Allah Ta’ala ne ye bhi farmaya:

“Aye Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ! Apni beebiyon aur Apni batiyon aur Jumla MUSALMAN AURTON se kehdijye ke CHAADARON se APNE CHEHRE CHUPAA  liya karen”  (yani Jab Bahar Nikalne ki zaroorat ho ya na mehram ka samna ho)”

[Surah AHZAAB :59]

OSOOL- E-SHARIYAT AUR JHAGDON KA HAL

QURAN:

“Aye Iman walon !
Hukum maano ALLAH ka aur hukm maano RASOOL ka aur OOLUL ‘AMR ( ULAMA O FUQHA ) ka jo tum ( Momino ) me se hon, fir agar jhagad pado kisi cheez me to usko lautaao taraf ALLAH k aur RASOOL k agar yaqeen rakhte ho ALLAH par aur Qayamat k Din par ye bat achi hai aur bahut behtar hai iska anjam.”
( Al’Nisa :59 )

 

Is aayat e kareema me ALLAH aur uske RASOOL ke bad “Oolul ‘amr” ki ittiba ka hukm farmaya gaya hai. ” Oolul ‘amr” se kaun log murad hain ;
agarche isme Ulmaa Ki Raay Mukhtalif hain;
lekin aksar mufassireen is se Fuqha aur Ulma murad lete hain.
Hakim ne Hazrat Abdullah ibne Jabir ka Qaul naqal kiya hai

“أُولِي الْأَمْرِ، قال الفقہ والخیر”۔ (مستدرک:۱/۱۲۳)

 

Tarjuma ;

“Olal’amr se  Ashab fiqh aur ahle deen murad hain.

Qur’an w Sunnat ki taraf lautane ka ahl kaun ???

Mufassir  Imam Abu bakar Jassas Rahmatullahi alaih . Is aayet ki tafseer karte hain ki :
“Oolul ‘amr ki ita’at ka hukm dene ke fauran baad ALLAH TA’ALA ka ye farmana ki,

Fir agar jhagad pado kisi cheez me to usko lautaao ALLAH aur RASOOL ki taraf, ye is bar ki daleel hai ki,
Oolul ‘amr Se murad Ulma aur Fuqha hain kyonki ALLAH TA’ALA ne logo ko inki ita’at ka hukum diya ( yani jis bat par inka ittifaaq w ijmaa ho, wo bhi Qur’an w Sunnat Ki ( bad qata’ee Daleel o Hukm Hai.

Fir agar jhagad pado kisi chaaez me”Farmakar “Oolul ‘amr ko hukm diya ki jis maamla me inke darmiyan ikhtilaaf ho use ALLAH ki Kitab Aur Nabi ki Sunnat Ki Taraf lauta do.

Ye hukm”Ulama o Fuqaha” hi ko ho sakta hai
kyu ki
Awaamun naas aur ghair Aalim ka ye muqaam nahi hai. Is liye ki wo is baat se waqif nahi hote ki KITABULLAH o Sunnat ki taraf kisi maamle ko lautane ka kya tareeqa hai.
Aur na unhe nit naye masaayel ( ka hal Qur’an w Sunnat se Ijtihaad karke ) mustanbat karne k dalaayel k tareeqon ka Ilm hota hai , lihaza Saabit ho gaya ki ye Khitaab Ulama o Fuqaha ko hai.

Allah Ta’ala ne Jab Zameen o Aasmaan banaye tab hi Allah ta’ala ne Mahino ki ginti 12 banadi aur unme se 4 HURMAT wale mahine banaye,

Itni door jaane ki zaroorat nahi ye NEW YEAR manana ya BIRTHDAYS aur Jitne bhi Days manaye jaate hain jaise MOTHERS DAY, CHILDRENS DAY….. ye Maazi Qareeb me hi Shuru hue hai ANGREZO ke Tasallut se.

Hum Har Roz Kayee baar SURAH FATIHA padhte hai aur usme hum DUA karte hain ke

“غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ”

“Aye Allah hum ko unlogo ka Raasta na chala jis par GHAZAB hua aur unka bhi mat chala jo GUMRAAH hue”

Is Ayat me MAGHZOOB se Muraad YAHOOD (jews) hai aur Zaalleen/gumrah se Muraad (NASARA) hai.

 

Hum har Waqt Allah se Mangte to hai ke Aye Allah hame YAHOOD O NASARA ka Rasta mat chala. Aur Aj Hum khud unke Raste ko Apna rahe hai.
Allah Ta’ala ne Apne Bande ko Surah Fatiha me Dua sikhlai aur usme Jin ke Raste o Tareekhe se bachne ki Dua sikhlai hum uske khilaf hi kar rahe hai. Hum Allah ke Ghazab walo aur Gumraho ke Tareekho ki pairwi kar rahe hai.
Aur jin par ALLAH KA INAM hua unka Tareekha chord baithe.
Yaad rakhen mere bhaiyo o Dosto, Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne to ROZA jaisi Azeem Ibadat me bhi unki Mushabahat pasand nahi ki aur AASHURE KE ROZE KE BARE ME FARMAYA KE AGAR MAI AGLE SAAL RAHA TO 9,10 KA ROZA rakhunga aur Ummat ko bhi iska hukum dya.
Aur Aj Ummat un logo ke Tareekho par Gamzan hogai jis ki Mukhalifat Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne IBADAT me bhi ki.

(us par Amal karega) to goya wo Mujhse Mohabbat karta hai aur jo Mujhse Mohabbat karta hai Wo JANNAT me mere Sath rahega”[TIRMIZI, MISHKAAT].

Zindagi ke har lamhe Ibadat ho ya aur koi Mashrati kaam Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne Hame YAHOOD O NASAARA O MUSHRIKEEN ki Mukhalifat ka hokum diya hai.

Ye NEW YEAR, BIRTHDAY, MOTHERS DAY, CHILDRENS Day waghaira waghaira Yahood O nasara ka tareekha hai unki IIJAAd hai aur AFSOS sad AFSOS ke AJ MUSALMAN KO YAHOOD O NASAARA ka Tareekha pasand aara aur DO JAHAN KE SARDAR Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke tareekha ko chord dye.

Mere Bhaiyo hum kahan jaa rahe hain???

Qayamat me Yahood O NAsara ke sath uthne pasand hai ya Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke sath???

Jannat ka Raasta chahye ya Jahannam ka???

Phir Jaago aur doosro ko Jagaao kamyabi sirf aur sirf Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki taleemaat me hai.

Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne BAITULLAH SE lekar BAITUL KHALA tak ka Tareekha bataya hai,

Subah se lekar Shaam tak ke Amaal bataye hai,

Neend se Bedaar hone se lekar Sone tak ka tareekha bataya hai,

Paida hone se lekar Marne ke Baad Dafan hone tak ka tareekha bataya hai.

Kaarobaar, tijarata, Nikaah O Mayyit, zindagi ke har shobe ka Tareekha bataya hai,

 

Phir Hum Kyu GUMRAAHO AUR ALLAH KA GHAZAB JIN PAR HUA unka Tarrkah apna rahe hai????

Kya Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam se MUHABBAT Nahi???

Kya Qayamat me Yahood o Nasara ke sath Hashar chahte hain??

Kya Allah ka Khauf nahi??

Mere Bhaiyo TAUBA karlo aur Ye NEW YEAR mat manaao, Yaqeen jaano Dunya o Aakhirat ki Zillat uthana padega. ISLAAM me poore ke poore Dakhil hojaao, pata nahi MAUT kab Aajaye abhi TAUBA karlo aur Apne Dost o Ehbaab ko bhi is lanati amr se rook aur khud bhi bacho.
