INTEKHABAAT KHALIS DUNYAWI MAMLA NAHI

Intekhabaat ke silsile me ek doosra ghalat fehmi pehli se ziada sangeen hai, chaunke Deen ko logon ne sirf Namaz, Roze ki had tak mehdood samajh liya hai, is liye siyasat o ma’eeshat ke karobar ko wo deen se bilkul alag tasawwur kar ke ye samajhte hain ke ye saare ma’mlaat deen ki giraft se bilkul aazad hain. Chunanche bhot se log aise bhi dekhe gaye hain jo apni niji zindagi me Namaz, Roze, aur wazaif o auraad tak ke paband hote hain, lekin na unhe khareed o farokht ke ma’amlaat me Halal o Haram ki fikr hoti hai, na wo Nikah o Talaq aur bradaryon ke talluqaat me deen ke Ahkaam ki koi parwa karte hain.

Aise log intekhabaat ko bhi ek khaalis dunyawi mamla samajh kar us me mukhtalif qism ki bad unwaniyon ko gawara kar lete hain aur ye nahi samajhte ke un se koi bada Gunah sarzad hua hai, chunanche bhot se log apna vote apni Diyanatdaarana raaye ki bajaye mahez zaati talluqaat ki bunyaad par kisi na ahel ko dedete hain, halanke wo dil me Khoob jaante hain ke jis ko vote diya jaraha hai  wo uska ahel nahi, ya us ke muqable me koi doosra shakhs is ka ziada haqdaar hai, lekin sirf dosti ke talluq, bradari ke rishte ya zaahiri lihaz o murawwat se mutasir hokar wo apne vote ko ghalat jaga istemal karlete hain, aur kabhi khayal me bhi nahi aata ke Shar’ii o deeni lihaaz se unho ne kitne bade jurm ka irtekab kiya hai.

Jaisa ke oopar arz kiya jachuka hai keh vote ek shahadat hia aur shahadat ke bare me Quran e kareem ka Irshad hai

وَإِذَا قُلْتُمْ فَاعْدِلُوا وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَى

(Surah An’aam 152)

“aur jab koi baat kaho to insaf karo, khwah wo shakhs (jis ke khilaaf baat kahi jarahi hai) tumhare qareeb daar hi kyu na ho.”

Lihaza jab kisi shakhs ke bare me zameer aur diyanat ka faisla ye ho ke jis shakhs ko vote de rahe ho wo vote ka mustahiq nahi hai. Ya koi doosra shakhs us ke muqable me ziada ahliyat rakhta hai to us waqt mahez zaati talluqaat ki bina par use vote de dena “JHOOTI GAWAHI” ke zail me aata hai. Aur Quran e kareem me jhooti gawahi ki mazammat itni shiddat ke sath ki gayi hai ke use but parasti ke sath zikr farmaya gaya hai. Irshad hai

اجْتَنِبُوا الرِّجْسَ مِنَ الْأَوْثَانِ وَاجْتَنِبُوا قَوْلَ الزُّورِ

“pas tum parhez karo buton ki najasat se aur parhez karo jhooti baat kehne se”

Aur hadees Shareef me sakaar e do aalam sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne muta’adda mawaqe par jhooti gawahiko Akbarul Kabair me shumar kar ke us par sakht wa’eeden Irshad farmayi hain. Hazrat Abu Bakr siddiq razi Allahu anhu farmate hain keh ek martaba Aanhazrat sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ke kya mai Akbarul Kabair (bade bade Gunah) na bataun? Allah ke sath kisi ko Shareek thairana aur walidain ki nafarmani karna aur Khoob achi tarah suno! Jhooti gawahi, Jhooti  baat! Hazrat Abu Bakr razi Allahu anhu farmate hain ke aanhazrat sallallahu alaihi  wasallam takya lagaye hue baithe the, jab Jhooti gawahi ka zikr aaya to uth kar baith gaye aur “JHOOTI GAWAHI” ka lafz baar baar Irshad farmate rahi.

Ye wa’eeden to sirf vote ke is ghalat istemal par saadiq aati hain jo mahez zaati talluqaat ki bina par diya gaya ho, aur rupye paise le kar kisi na ahel ko vote dene me jhooti gawahi ke ilawa rishwat ka azeem Gunah bhi hai.

Lihaza vote dalne ke masle ko hargiz yun na samjha jaye ke ye ek khaalis dunyawi masla hai aur deen se iska koi talluq nahi. Yaqeen rakhye ke aakhirat me ek ek shakhs ko Allah ke samne khada hona hai aur apne doosre aamal ke sath is amal ka bhi Jawab dena hai ke us ne apni is “SHAHADAT” ka istemal kis had tak diyanatdaari ke sath kiya hai.
