Taqleed Ka Wujoob Aur Uski Zaroorat

Is Amr Se Kisi Musalman Ko Ikhtelaf Nahi Hosakta Keh Deen O Shariayt Ki Hifazat Intehai Zaroori Aur Wajib Hai. Kyun Keh Deen Ki Hifazat Ke Baghair Insaan Na To Deen Par Chal Sakta Hai Aur Na Hi Un Kamiyabiyon Ko Hasil Karsakta Hai Jin Ki Taraf Deen Le Jata Hai. Yahi Wajeh Hai Keh Quran O Hadees Me Baar Baar Deen Aur Umoor E Deen Ki Hifazat Ki Takeed O Talqeen Ayi Hai. Deen Ke Wo Ma’amlaat Jin Ka Sarahat Aur Wazahat Ke Sath Kitab O Sunnat Me Hukm Aya Hai Unko Wajib Biz Zaat Kehte Hain. Isi Tarah Baaz Wo Wajibaat Hote Hain Keh Kitab O Sunnat Se Wajib Qarar Diye Hue Aamal Par Amal Karna Un Ke Baghair Mumkin Nahi Hosakta. Chunkeh Wo Wajib Ki Adaigi Ka Muqaddamah Aur Zarya Bante Hai Aur Ye Shar’ii Zaabtah Hai Keh Wajib Ka Muqaddamah Bhi Wajib Hota Hai Aur Ye Zabtah Muslim Shareef  Ki Is Hadees Se Bhi Sabit Hota Hai.

عَن عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم  يقولُ: «مَنْ علِمَ الرَّميَ ثمَّ تَرَكَهُ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا أَوْ قَدْ عَصَى» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم (مشکوۃ المصابیح)

 

Tarjuma: Uqbah Bin Amer razi Allahu anhu Kehte Hain Keh Maine Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Suna Hai Keh

“Jo Shakhs Teer Andazi Seekh Kar Chord De Wo Hum Se Khaarij Hai Ya Ye Farmaya Keh Wo Gunahgaar Hai.”

Faidah: Zaahir Hai Keh Teer Andazi Koi Ibadat E Maqsoodah Nahi Hai Magar Chunkeh Bawaqt E Zaroorat Ek Wajib Yani E’laa E Kalimatillah Ka Muqaddamah Hai Is Liye Us Ke Tark Karne Par Wa’eed Farmayi Jo Us Ke Wajib Hone Ki Alamat Hai To Is Hadees Se Sabit Hua Keh Wajib Ka Muqaddamah Bhi Wajib Hota Hai. Shariyat Me Is Ki Bhot Si Misalen Hain Maslan Quran E Kareem Aur Ahadees E Shareefah Ko Jama Kar Ke Likhne Ki Kitab O Sunnat Me Kahin Bhi Takeed Nahi Aayi Hai Lekin Inke Mehfooz Rakhne Zaa’ye Hone Se Bachane Ki Zabardast Takeed Aayi Hai Aur Tajurbe Aur Mushahadeh Se Maloom Hai Kitabat Ke Baghair In Ka Mehfooz Rehna Aadatan Mumkin Nahi , Is Liye Quran O Hadees Ki Kitabat Ko Zaroori Samjha Jayega Chunacheh Is Ke Wajib Aur Zaroori Hone Par Poori Ummat Ka Dalalatan Ijmaa Hai Is Qism Ke Wajib Ko Wajib Bilghair Kehte Hain.

Taqleed E Shakhsi Ka Wajib Hona Bhi Isi Qubail Se Hai Kyun Keh Deen Ki Hifazat Jo Har Musalman Par Farz O Wajib Hai Wo Khairul Quroon Ke Baad Taqleed E Shakhsi Ke Bagahir Mumkin Nahi Hai , Taqleed Na Karne Se Deen Ke Beshumaar Umoor Balkeh Poore Deen Me Zabardast Khalal Waqe’ Hota Hai Is Haqeeqat Ko Wazahat Ke Sath Yun Samjhye Keh Masael E Fir’Iyyah Do Qism Ke Hote Hain

(1)Ek Wo Jin Ka Saboot Aisi Aayat  Kareemah Ya Ahadees E Saheehah Se Sarahatan Hota Hai Jin Me Bazaahir Na To Koi Ta’aruz Hota Hai Aur Na Hi Wo Kayee Ma’aani Aur Wujooh Ka Ahtmal Rakhti Hain Balkeh Masael Par In Ki Dalalat Qat’ii Aur Hatmii Hoti Hai . Aise Masael Ko Mansoosah Ghair Muta’arizah Kehte Hain Is Tarah Ke Masael Me Kisi Bhi Mujtahid Ke Liye Ijtehad Karna Jayaz Nahi Kyun Keh Ijtehad Ki Sharait Me Se Hai Keh Wo Hukm Sarahatan Sabit Na Ho Aur Jab In Masael Me Ijtehad Nahi To In Masael Me Kisi Ki Taqleed Bhi Nahi Hai.

(2) Doosri Qism Un Masael Ki Hai, Jin Ka Saboot Wazahat Ke Sath Kisi Aayat Aur Hadees Me Nahi Milta. Ya Agar Saboot Paya Jata Hai To Wo Ayat Aur Hadees Aur Bhi Ma’aani Aur Wujooh Ka Ahtemal Rakhti Hai. Ya Kisi Doosri Aayat Ya Hadees Se Bazaahir Muta’aariz Maloom Hoti Hai. Aise Masael Ko Masael E Ijtehadiyah Kehte Hain Aur In Ka Saheeh Hukm Mujtahid Ke Ijtehad Hi Se Maloom Ho Sakta Hai. Woh Shakhs Jo Apne Andar Ijtehad Ki Quwwat Nahi Rakhta, Agar In Masael Me Raaye Zani Karne Lage To Nafsani Khwahishaat Ke Phandon Me Ulajh Kar Reh Jayega. Is Liye Zaroori Hua Keh Ummat Ke Baaz Afraad Ko Aisi Quwwat E Istimbaat O Ijtehad Ataa Ki Jaye Jis Ke Zarye Wo Nusoos Kitab O Sunnat Me Ghaur O Fikr Kar Ke Masael E Ghair Mansoosah Ke Ahkaam Hasil Kar Ke Aam Ummat Ke Samne Pesh Karde Taakeh Un Ke Liye Deen Par Amal Ka Rasta Be Khatr Aur Aasan Hojaye, Sahaba Rizwanullahi Alaihim Ajma’een Me Se Wo Hazraat Jo Hama Waqt Darbar E Nabawi Ke Haazir Baash The Unhe Is Quwwat E Ijtehad Se Kaam Leni Ki Zaroorat Nahi Thi Kyun Keh Un Ke Liye Janab Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Zaat E Girami Hi Har Mas’leh Ka Hal Aur Har Sawal Ka Kaafi O Shaafi Jawab Thi.

Is Liye Wo Har Baat Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Baraah E Raast Maloom Karsakte The, Magar Wo Hazraat Jo Us Daur E Mubarak Me Darbar E Nabawi Se Baher Qiyaam Pazeer The Ya Wo Hazraat Jo Baad Me Halqah Bagosh E Islam Hue Ya Wo Hazraat Jo Baad Me Paida Hue Wo Is Quwwat E Ijtehad Ke Had Darjeh Mohtaj The Kyun Keh Un Ke Deen Ki Hifazat Hi Is Qism Ke Masael E Ijtehadiyah Me Isi Ijtehad Ke Zarye Hosakti Thi. Is Liye Khuda E Raheem O Kareem Ne Beshumar Sahaba E Kiram , Tabaeen E Uzaam, Tabe’ Tabaeen Aur Baad Walon Ko (Rizwanullahu Alaihim Ajmaeen) Is Daulat E Ijtehad Se Sarfaraz Farmaya.

Janab Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Hazrat Muaz Bin Jab Razi Allahu Anhu Ko Yemen Bhejte Hue Saaf Lafzon Me Nemat E Ijtehad Ki Taayeed O Tehseen Aur Us Par Apni Masarrat Ka Izhar Farmaya Abu Dawood Shareef Ki Riwayat Me Hai

عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا بَعَثَهُ إِلَى الْيَمين قَالَ: «كَيْفَ تَقْضِي إِذَا عَرَضَ لَكَ قَضَاءٌ؟» قَالَ: أَقْضِي بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: «فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ؟» قَالَ: فَبِسُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ فِي سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ؟» قَالَ: أَجْتَهِدُ رَأْيِي وَلَا آلُو قَالَ: فَضَرَبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى صَدْرِهِ وَقَالَ: «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَفَّقَ رَسُولَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ لِمَا يَرْضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد

Tarjumah: Hazrat Muaz Bin Jabl Razi Allahu Anhu Se Riwayat Hai Keh Jab Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Un Ko Yemen Bheja To Farmaya

“Jab Koi Qizya Pesh Aaye To Kis Tarah Faisla Karoge, Arz Kiya Kitabullah Ke Mutabiq Faisla Karunga, Apne Farmaya “Agar Wo Masla Kitabullah Me Na Mile To?” Arz Kiya “Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Sunnat Ke Mutabiq Faisla Karunga.” Ap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya “Agar Kitabullah Aur Sunnat E Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Dono Me Na Mile To? Arz Kiya “Us Waqt Apni Raaye Se Faisla Karunga Aur (Haq Tak Pohanchne Ki Koshish Me) Koi Kotahi Nahi Karunga” Is Par Aanhazrat Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Hazrat Muaz Razi Allahu Anhu Ke Seene Par Hath Maara Aur Farmaya Allah Ka Shukr Hai Keh Us Ne Apne Rasool Ke Qaasid Ko Is Baat Ki Taufeeq Di Jis Se Allah Ka Rasool Raazi Hai.”

Algharz! Daur E Sahaba Kiram Razi Allahu Anhum Se Hi Hazraat E Mujtahideen Ne Masael E Shar’iyyah Ghair Mansoosah Me Ijtehad Ka Silsilah Shuru Farmaya. Aur Jo Hazraat Rutbae Ijtehad Tak Nahi Pohanch Sakte The Unho Ne Ye Yaqeen Kar Ke Keh Ye Hazraat E Mujtahideen Ilm O Taqwah Fahem O Firasat Deen O Diyanat Aur Taufeeq E Ilahi Se Sarfaraz Hone Me Hum Se Badhe Hue Hain Aur Unho Ne Bazarye Ijtehad Jo Kuch Maloom Kiya Hai Wo Dar Haqeeqat Ya To Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ki Wo Ahadees Hain Jo Bagharz Ikhtesaar Mauqoof Kardi Gayi Hain Ya Saheeh Istimbataat Hain Jo Nusoos Kitab O Sunnat Se Liye Gaye Hain Is Liye Woh Baherhaal Qaabil E Itteba Hain. Is Bina Par Amal Karna Shuru Kardiya.

Hazrat Shah Wali Ullah Muhaddis Dehlawi Rahmatullahi Alaih Alinsaaf Me Farmate Hain

ويستدل بأقوال الصَّحَابَة وَالتَّابِعِينَ علما مِنْهُم أَنَّهَا إِمَّا أَحَادِيث منقولة عَن رَسُول الله صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم اختصروها فجعلوها مَوْقُوفَة الی ان قَالَ أَو يكون استنباطا مِنْهُم من النُّصُوص أَو اجْتِهَادًا مِنْهُم بآرائهم وهم أحسن صنيعا فِي كل ذَلِك مِمَّن يَجِيء بعدهمْ وَأكْثر إِصَابَة وأقدم زَمَانا وأوعى علما فَتعين الْعَمَل بهَا.( الإنصاف في بيان أسباب الاختلاف)
Tarjumah: Aur (Tabe Tabaeen) Sahaba Kiraam Aur Tabaeen Ke Aqwaal Se Istidlal Kiya Karte The Kyun Keh Wo Ye Jante The Keh Ye Aqwaal Ya To Ahadees Hain Jo Manqool Hain Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Se Jin Ko Mukhtasar Kar Ke Mauqoof Bana Liya Hai Ya Ye Aqwaal Hukm E Mansoos Se Hazraat Sahaba O Tabaeen Ke Istembaat Hain Ya Un Ki Rayon Se Bataur e Ijtehad Liye Gaye Hain Aur Hazraat E Sahaba Kiram Razi Allahu Anhum Aur Tabaeen In Sab Baton Me Un Logon Se Behter Hain Jo Un Ke Baad Me Hue. Sehat Tak Pohanchne Me Aur Zamane Ke Aetebar se Peshtar Aur Ilm Ke Lihaz Se Badh Kar Hain Is Liye Unke Aqwaal Par Amal Karna Mutayyan Hua.
