1.Niyyat: Mashhoor Hadees Hain Innamal Aamalu BinniyaatYani Amaal Ka Daromadaar Niyyaton Par Hai.(Bukhari)

Degar Ibadaat Ki Tarah Har Roze Ke Liye Niyyat Wajib Hai(Ramazan,Nazar Ya Kaffara Ke) Farz Roze Ke Liye Raat Me Niyyat Karna Wajib Hai, Ghuroob Ke Baad Aur Subah Sadiq Se Pehli Kisi Bhi Waqt Niyyat Karna Kaafi Hai.

Hadees: Jo Subah Sadiq Se Qabl (Raat Me) Rozey Ki Niyyat Na Kare Us Ka Roza Nahi Hai.

Aage Aane Wali Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha Ki Riwayat Ke Pesh Nazar Is Riwayat Ka Talluq FARZ Rozey Se Hai, Farz Rozey Ki Niyyat Me Roze Ki Ta’yeen(Yani Ramazan Ya Nazar Ya Kaffare Ka Hai) Bhi Laazim Hai.

Makhsoos Ayyam Ke Sunnat Rozon Me (Jaise Arfa, Aashoora,Ayyam E Beez, Shawwal Ke 6 Rozey) Ta’yeen Laazim Nahi , Kyun Ke Un Ayyam Me Roze Usi Me Shumar Honge, Balke Kisi Aur Roze Ki Niyyat Kare To Bhi Ye Haasil Honge, Jaise Ke TAHIYYATUL MASJID Ka Sawab Kisi Aur Namaz Se Bhi Haasil Hota Hai. Kyunke Asal Maqsood Un Ayyam Me Rozon Ka Paya Jana Hai.

Niyyat Ke Baad Rozey Ke Manafi (Mukhalif Amal) Paya Jaye Tab Bhi Niyyat Saheeh Hogi, Jaise Niyyat Ke Baad Jimaa’ Karna Ya Az Khud Qai Karna. Isi Tarah Niyyat Ke Baad So Jaye Ya Haiz Ka Silsila Aksar Muddat Ke Baad Ya Aadat Ke Mutabiq Khatam Hojaye To Ye Niyyat Saheeh Hogi. Tajdeed E Niyyat Ki Zaroorat Nahi Hai Kyu Ke Ye Koi Sabab Rozey Ki Niyyat Ke Manafi (mukhtalif)Nahi Hai. Agar Fajr Se Qabl Niyyat Hi Khatm Karde To Roza Na Hoga. Subah Sadiq Se Pehle Phir Niyyat Karna Zaroori Hai. Lekin Din Me Niyyat Khatm Karne Se Koi Farq Nahi Padega. Albatta Riddat (Islam Chordna) Din Me Bhi Ho To Roza Khatm Hojayega. Sunnat(Nafil) Rozon Ki Niyyat Zawaal Se Pehli Karna Bhi Saheeh Hai.

Ap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya: “Phir Mai Roza Rakhta Hun”

Ek Riwayat Me Hai “Kya Tumhare Paas Kuch Nashta Hai.”

Zawaal Se Pehle Niyyat Karne Se Nafil Roza Us Waqt Saheeh Hoga Jab Ke Subah Sadiq Ke Baad Se Roze Ke Manafi (Mukhtalif Amal) Koi Baat (Jaise Khana,Jimaa’,Nifaas,Pagal Pan…) Na Payi Jaye Warna Roza Saheeh Na Hoga.

KAAMIL NIYYAT:

نویت صوم غد عن اداء فرض رمضان ھذہ السنة لله تعالى

Transliteration:

“NAWAITU SAUMA GHADIN ‘AN ADAA’I FARZI RAMAZANA HAZIHIS SANATI LILLAHI TA’ALA.”

Tarjuma: Maine Kal Is Saal Ke Ramazan Ke Farz Roze Ki Adaigi Ki Niyyat Ki.”

Taake Is Ke BarAks(doosra) Soorton Se Mutamaayiz Hojaye.

Niyyat Ka Asal Mahel DIL Hai. Dil Me NIYYAT Ho Aur ZABAN Se Na Kahe To Kaafi Hai, Lekin Zaban Se Kahe Aur Dil Me Na Ho To Kaafi Nahi. Agar Sehri Kare Taake Roza Rakhe Ya Pani Piye Taake Din Me Pyas Na Lagey Ya Subah Sadiq Ke Khauf Se Khaane , Peene Ya Jimaa Se Baaz Aaye Aur Tasawwur Me Roza Apne Shar’ii Sifaat Ke Sath Maujood Ho Jis Ka Niyyat Me Khayal Hona Zaroori Hai To Ye Bhi NIYYAT Kehlaayegi.

Masla: 30 Ramazan Ki Raat Kal Ramazan Ke Roze Ki Niyyat Kare Aur (Chand Nazar Na Aya Aur) Ramazan Hi Tha To Ye Roza Saheeh Hai. Lekin 30 Shaban Ki Raat Me Is Tarah Ki Niyyat Karne Se Roza Saheeh Na Hoga.(Kyun Ke Abhi Ramazan Ka Saboot Nahi Hua, Is Liye Pukhta Niyyat Na Hogi). Albatta Uske Nazdeek Kisi Motabar Shakhs Ke Kehne Se Ramazan Ka Guman Ho To Bil Jazm Niyyat Ki Wajeh Se Roza Saheeh Hai.

Agar Yun Niyyat Kare Ke Kal Shaban Ho To Nafil Roza Aur Ramazan Ho To Farz Roza (Aur Koi Alamat Na Ho) To Shaban Hone Ki Soorat Me Nafil Roza SAHEEH Hoga Kyun Ke Asal Shaban Ka Baaqi Rehna Hai Aur Ramazan Ho To Farz Ya Nafil Dono Saheeh Nahi Hai.

Agar Kisi Ko Qaid O Band Me Hone Ki Wajeh Se Ramazan Ka Ilm Na Hosake To Mukhtalif Alamaton Ki Raushni Me Andaza Laga Kar Roza Rakhe, Agar Waqiatan Ye Roze Ramazan Me Hi Rakhe To Ada Hain Aur Baad Me Hain To Qazaa Hain, Aur Pehli Hainaur Phir Ramazan Mil Jaye To Us Me Ada Kare Warna Baad Me Qaza Kare Agar Ainda Saal Ke Ramazan Me Waqe Ho To Uski Taraf Se Ada Honge N Ke Sabiqa Saal Ki Qaza.

20 Rakaat Taraweeh par Ijma hai

20 RAKAAT TARAWEEH PAR IJMAA HAI.

Assalamu alaikum , Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu anhu ke zamane se lekar India me Angrez ke napaak Qadm padhne tak Taraweeh ke silsile me Ummat ka Ijmaa tha ke uski tadad 20 hai. Chunanche bhot se Muhaddiseen ne is ki tasreeh ki hai. Jin me se chand Muhaddiseen ka zikr hum yahan karte hain:

1. Muhaddis e Kabeer Shaarih e Saheeh Muslim Allama Nawawi Shafai rahmatullahi alaih farmate hain:
“JAAN LO, Ke TARAWEEH BA ITTEFAQE ULAMA SUNNAT HAI , AUR WO 20 RAKAT HAI.

جان لو، تراویح با اتفاق علماء سنت ہے اور وہ بیس (20) رکعات ہے۔

Be aware that the prayer of Taraweeh is Sunnah according to scholarly consensus, which is twenty rak’ahs.

    “Aur Hazrat Ali se marwi hai ke unho ne ek Aadmi ko Ramazan me 20 Rakat padhane ka hukum diya”aur ye IJMA ki tarah hai.

4. Allama Muhammad Anwar Shah Kashmiri Hanafi rahmatullahi alaih farmate hain ke

AIMMA ARBA me se koi bhi 20 Rakat se kam TARAWEEH ka Qaayal nahi hai aur Jamhoor SAHABA IKRAAM Razi Allahu anhum ka Amal bhi isi par hai. Imam Maalik Bin ANas rah ne farmaya: 36 Rakat kyu ke wo Ahle Madina ka amal hai ke woh log TARWEEH ke beech me 4 Rakat Namaz padha karte the INFERADAN(Akkele akele) aur jahan tak Ahle Makkah ki baat hai to wo TARWEEHON ke darmiyan TAWAAF kiya karte the BAITULLAH ka.”

In Muhaddiseen ki tasreeh se is baat ka ilm hota hai ke Taraweeh par Sahaba Razi Allahu anhum ajmaeen ke zamane me 20 par ijma hogaya aur Ahle Madina ke nazdeek jo 36 Rak’aat hai to asal me un ke nazdeek bhi Taraweeh 20 Rak’at hi hai, har 4 Rak’at Taraweeh par Tarweehe me mazeed 4 Rak’aat nafil ka mamool madeene me tha, is liye 16 Rak’aton ke izafe ke sath 36 Rak’aten hogayin.

Ab is ijmai masle ko chord kar aj kal kuch nafs ke Muqallid , deen me aasanio aur rukhsaton ki talash karne wale aur Salaf ki samajh ko chord kar khud ki samajh se deen ko samajhne wale is Ijmaai masle ko chord kar Ummat me Maah e Ramazan ke babarkat maheene me ifteraaq o inteshaar ki hawa phoonk kar Shaitan ki niyabat kar rahe hain. Hame chahye ke hum khud ko salaf se jode rakhe aur deen ko usi tarah samjhe jis tarah SALAF SAALIHEEN ne samjha tha.

Allah paak Deen ki Saheeh fikr o samajh ki taufeeq ata farmaye, aur Salaf saaliheen ki tarah deen ko samajhne ki taufeeq de.

Aur AKsar AHle Ilm jo Hazrat Umar , Hazrat ALi waghaira sahaba (Razi ALlahu anhum)se Riwayat hai 20 Rakat hai aur yahi SUFYAN SAURI, Abdullah Bin Mubarak aur Imam Shafai rahimahumullah ka Qaul hai.

Aur Imam Shafai rah ne farmaya:
“maine apne Shahar Makkah me logon ko 20 Rakaat par Aamil paaya”

Dekhye Imam Tirmizi rah ne Ahle Ilm ka ikhtelaaf bataya hai magar kisi ne ye nahi kaha ke Taraweeh 8 Rakat padhi jayegi kyu ke Salaf(SAHABA, TABAEEN , TABE TABAEEN) ka ye mazhab hi nahi tha ya wo 20 padhte the ya usse ziada kam nahi padhte the.

Alhamdulillahi wa kafaa wa salaamun alaa ibaadihil lazeenas tafaa Ammaa ba’ad!


          Hindustan ke Firqe Ahle Hadees ne Rak’aat e Taraweeh ke baab me taqreeban 100 baras se jo shor o Ghogha machaa rakha hai uske wajood se pehle kabhi nahi tha, tamam Dunya e Islam me 20 ya 20 se ziada Rak’aaten padhi jati thi, aur baham koi Risala baazi ya ishtehaar baazi nahi hoti thi , neez Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu anhu ke zamane se lekar is ghoghe tak Dunya ki kisi Masjid me Taraweeh ki sirf 8 Rakaten nahi padhi jati thi yani taqreeban 1250 saal tak musalmaanaan e  Ahle Sunnat 20 aur 20 se ziada hi ko Sunnat aur Qaabil e Amal samajhte rahe, 1250 saal ke baad Firqe Ahle Hadees ne ye jaded inkeshaaf kiya ke ab tak jo musalman karte ya samajhte rahe hain wo Saheeh nahi hai, Saheeh ye hai ke sirf  8 Rakaat Sunnat aur Qaabil e Amal hain.

Hum apni Mukhtasar tehreer me (Firqe ) Ahle  Hadees ke is jadeeed Inkeshaaf ki Haqeeqat wazeh karna chahte hain, hum ko Umeed hai ke agar thande Dil se Hamare Maroozaat ko padha jayega to munkashif hojayega, ke (Firqe) Ahle Hadees ka ye Daawa bilkul be bunyaad aur unka ye Inkeshaaf sarasar ghalat hai.

 

1250 SAAL TAK MUSALMANO KA KYA AMAL  RAHA HAI

 

Sab se pehle mai apne is dawe ke saboot me kuch arz karna chahta hun jo 1250 saal tak Musalmaano ke Amal ke baab me Maine kaha hai, sunye:

Imam Baihaqi ne Sunan Kubraa jild 2 , safha 699 me Saaeb Bin Yazeed Razi Allahu anhu ki riwayat naqal kiya hai ke

Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu anhu ke Zamane me log RAMAZAN me 20 RAKATEN padha karte the,

aur Hazrat OSMAN Razi Allahu anhu ke Zamane me to Qiyaam ki SHIDDAT ki wajeh se laathyo par Tek lagate the,

Aur 5 line ke baad Riwayat karte hain ke Shutair Bin Shakl jo Hazrat ALI Razi Allahu Anhu ke ASHAAB me se the,

RAMAZAN me IMAMAT karte the aur 20 RAKAAT padha karte the, aur 2 line ke baad Riwayat karte hain ke

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu ne ek Shaqs ko Mamoor kiya ke wo Logon ko 20 RAKAAT padhaya kare.

Ye to Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Usman aur Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhum ke zamane ka haal hua, Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu ki Shahadat 40 hijri me hui hai, Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu ki wafaat ke 23 saal baad 63 Hijri me HARRAH ka Khooni waqia pesh aaya hai, Imam Malik rahmatullahi alaih ka bayan hai ke HARRAH ke pehle se ab tak ke 100 saal se ziada hote hain Madine me ye Amal daraamad raha hai ke 48 Rakaaten padhi jaati rahi, aur isi ki tayeed SALEH maula AT TAWA’MAH ke bayan se  hoti hai , Imam Maalik aur SALEH ki batai hui Tadadon me jo farq hai wo WITR ki Rak’aat ke farq ki wajeh se paida hua hai, baherhaal dono me Qadr e Mushtarak ye hai ke HARRAH se peshtar se Madina me 20 se zaaid padhne ka mamool tha.

Muaaz Abu Haleema Sahabi hain aur unki Shahadat HARRAH ke din hui, un ke baab me IBNE SEEREEN rahmatullahi alaih ki Shahadat hai ke wo Ramazan me 41 Rakaten padhaya karte the,

NAAFE’ rahmatullahi alaih ki wafaat 117 Hijri me hui.

Hadees No 3:

عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «بُعِثْتُ أَنَا وَالسَّاعَةَ كَهَاتَيْنِ»

 

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu anhu se Riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne apni darmiyani Ungli aur Shahadat ki ungli ko Mila kar Irshad farmaya:

“Mujhe aur Qayamat ko in do ungliyon ki tarah bheja gaya”

Hadees No 4:

عَنْ فُرَاتٍ القَزَّازِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ، قَالَ: قَاعَدْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ خَمْسَ سِنِينَ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «كَانَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ تَسُوسُهُمُ الأَنْبِيَاءُ، كُلَّمَا هَلَكَ نَبِيٌّ خَلَفَهُ نَبِيٌّ، وَإِنَّهُ لاَ نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي، وَسَيَكُونُ خُلَفَاءُ فَيَكْثُرُونَ»
