Hadees No 5:

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ” فُضِّلْتُ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ بِسِتٍّ: أُعْطِيتُ جَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ، وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ، وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِيَ الْأَرْضُ طَهُورًا وَمَسْجِدًا، وَأُرْسِلْتُ إِلَى الْخَلْقِ كَافَّةً، وَخُتِمَ بِيَ النَّبِيُّونَ “

Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allahu anhu se Riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:

“Mujhe 6 cheezon me Ambiya e Kiram par fazeelat di gayi hai:

1.Ek ye ke Mujhe Jamiyul Kalimaat diye gaye,

2.Doosre ye ke Ro’b ke sath meri madad ki gayi,

3.Teesri ye ke maal e Ghanimat mere liye Halal kardiya gaya,

4.Chauthe ye ke Zameen mere liye Masjid aur paak karne wali cheez bana di gayi,

5.Panchwi ye ke Mujhe tamam Makhlooqaat ki taraf bheja gaya aur

6.chati baat ye ke mujh par Nabiyon ka silsila Khatm kardiya gaya.

Taqleed ko Baatil Sabit karne ka Aasan Tareeqa

Assalamu alaikum,

Taqleed shirk hai ya baatil hai use sabit karne ka bhot aasan Tareeqa.

Lambe Chaude bayanaat dene ki zaroorat nahi bus in 3 me se ek Sawal ka jawab deden.

1.Ijtehadi Masael Ka wujood nahi hota ye sabit karden,

2. Ummat ke Har Fard ko Mujtahid banaden,

3. Aami ko Ijtehadi masael me Mujtahid ki Taqleed karna shirk hai Saheeh Nass e Qurani, Saheeh Sareeh Ghair Muariz hadees se sabit karden.

(Note: Ghair Muariz is liye ke Agar 2-3 Qism ki ahadees hogi to ek ko select karna padega aur ek ko select jo karega uski Taqleed laazim aayegi aur Taqleed ko Taqleed se baatil nahi kiya jasakta.)

Baap:- Beta ye Mazahirul Uloom ke Sheikhul hadith the, in ki kitaab fazail e amal mashoor kitaab hai,Allah ne badi Qubooliyat se nawaza hai. Alhamdulillah bhot se logon ki zindagiyan ab tak tabdeel hui hai.

Beta:- abba ji! Ye hamare Shaikhul Hadees bade be’sanad (without proof) baatein kyon karte hain?
Baap:-kya hogaya beta? Shaikhul Hadees rah ne aisa kya likh diya?
Beta:- dekhiye abba ji!
Maulana sahab fazail amaal fazail e hajj “me” page no “35” par likhte hain “hz aadam (a. s) ne hindustan paidal se chalkar ek hazaar hajj kiye” abba ji! Ye Adam as hindustan kab aayethey aur unhone ek hazaar hajj kab kiye, aakhir kahan likha hai, na to tareekh ki kisi kitab me likha hai na kutub e hadees me likha hai, Maulana Zakariya sahib ko kaise maloom hogaya ke Aadam AS ne Hindustan se paidal chal kar ek hazaar Hajj kiye, Kya Hz Jibraaeel as ne khabar di hai ya Kashf ke zariye maloom karliye???

Abbu Jaan! Zara dhyan dijye ye hamare deobandi aalim kab se be par ki udaane lage hain, aur who bhi Nabi aur Rasool ke mutalliq?

 

 

Baap: Beta ye waqie ke bare me itni maloomaat kaise hogayi tumhe, ye waqia maine bhi padha hai Fazael e Hajj me .

 

Beta:- Ye mere college ke dost ne bataya mujhe ke Zakariya sahib sirf be par ki udate hain, 1000 hajj karna wo bhi Hindustan se paidal aqal me kahan se aati Abba ji ye baat?

 

Baap: Beta kya tumne Kitab khol kar dekha?

 

Beta: Nahi! Ye mere dost ne batai hai wo keh raha tha ke Fazael e Aamaal me Quran Hadees ke khilaf baaten hai.

 

Baap: Acha! Tum ye batao kaun kaun c hadees aur Tareekh ki kitab me tumne ye waqia dhoonda hai?

 

Beta: mere paas kaun c kitab hai abba , ye to mere dost ne bataya hai. Wo Quran hadees ki baaten bhot karta hai usne dekha hoga?

 

Baap: Beta! Shaikhul Hadees rah har baat hawale se karte hain, tumhara dost kahan aur shaikhul Hadees rah kahan??? Chalo wahan se Fazael E Aamaal 2 lekar aao hum dekhte hain.

 

Beta (Fazael e Aamal laate hue): ye lijye Abba Jaan!

 

Baap (dhoondte hue): Hawala zaroor diya hoga. Ye lo! Yahan to Hawala diya hua hai dekho bracket me TARGHEEB likha hua hai.

 

Beta: arey haan hawala to maujood hai. Phir mere dost ne kaise kaha itna bada jhoot.

 

Baap: beta ye Shaikhul Hadees rah bhot saalon tak Hadees ki kitaben padate rahe, aur bhot si hadees ki sharah ki kitaben bhi likhi. Moatta Imam Malik ki Sharah Arbi me likhi AUJAZUL MASALIK naam se bhot mashhoor hui hai. Ye jo tumhara dost hai na wo Ghair Muqallid hoga, unko kuch maloom nahi hota sab baaten ya to adhoori ya jhooti bataten hai ye mera tajurba hai, aur ab tum ne bhi dekh liya. Jab bhi ye koi baat kahe to pehle us kitab ko khol kar dekhna, samajh na aaye ya na mile to kisi Aalim se poochlena. Ye bhot dhoke baaz hote hain aise hi dhoka dete hain, khud in ke Ulama bhi aise hi dhoke dete hain, kabhi mai tum ko unki kitabon se jhoot baaten bataunga. Khair ye baat to tai hai ke is baat ka hawala Shaikhul Hadees rah ne dediya. Ab kuch poochna hai tumhe.

 

Beta: Nahi Abba Jaan! Agar mumkin ho sake to mai targheeb me ye dekh kar use jaakar bataunga.

 

Baap: Beta! Ye Targheeb badi mashhoor kitab hai Allama Munziri rah ki likhi hui hai.

Ye lo ye to Targheeb me Saheeh Ibne Khuzaima ke hawale se naqal kiya gaya hai , ye dekho Jild 2 Safha  107 Hadees no 1696.

 

1696 – وَعَن ابْن عَبَّاس رَضِي الله عَنْهُمَا عَن النَّبِي صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم قَالَ إِن آدم عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام أَتَى الْبَيْت ألف أتية لم يركب قطّ فِيهِنَّ من الْهِنْد على رجلَيْهِ

رَوَاهُ ابْن خُزَيْمَة فِي صَحِيحه

 

Beta: Arey Haan. Allahu Akbar us dost ne to mujhe bada dhoka diya, Fazael e Aamal me to Hazrat Shaikh ne Hawala naqal kiya hai. Ye to tareekh kya hadees ki kitab me mil gaya.

Allah paak Fitna phailane walon ko hidayat de, agar mai ap se na poochta to mai badi ghalat fehmi me ye baat bhot saaron ko batata aur wo gumrah hojate. JazakAllah khair Abbu Jaan

Baap: Barakallah feek! Jab kabhi koi ghair muqallid kuch bhi kahe to uski ache se tehqeeq karlena warna Gumrah hojaoge.

 

Beta: Ji Abbu Jaan ! aisa hi karunga abse.

 

Moral: Ghair Muqallid job hi baat batayen uski pehle ache se tehqeeq karlen. Kyu ke isi ka Quran me hukm hai.

 

 

Al-Quran: “Aye Iman Walo ! Agar koi FASIQ tumhare pass koi Khabar lekar aye to Khoob Tehqeeq kar lya karo, aisa na ho ke kisi Qaum ko nadani se Nuqsan pohanchado, phir tumko apne kiye par Sharminda hona pade.”(49:6)

 

ALVIDA JUMA KE DIN KOI KHAAS NAFIL NAMAZ NAHI

Assalamu alaikum,

Saare DEEN ka Khulasa “ITTEBA” hai ke Allah aur Rasool ka Hukum maano , na Roza rakhne me kuch rakha hai, na Iftar karne me kuch rakha , na Namaz padhne me kuch rakha, jab Allah o Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam  kahen ke Namaz padho to namaz padhna Ibadat hai aur jab Wo kahen ke Namaz na padho o Namaz na padhna Ibadat hai, jab Wo kahen ke Roza rakho to Roza rakhne Ibadat hai aur jab Wo kahen ke Roza na rakho to roza na rakhne Ibadat hai, agar us waqt Roza rakhoge ya Namaz padhoge to Ye DEEN ke khilaf hoga. Deen ka Saara khel Itteba me hai, agar Allah Ta’ala ye haqeeqat Dil me utar de to saari Bid’aton ki khud sakhta Iltezamaat ki jad kat jaye.

Kuch arse se ek baat phailai jarahi hai ke

“Jis Shakhs ki Namazen Qaza hon aur tadad maloom na ho, to wo Ramazan ke aakhri jumah (Alvida Juma) ke din 4 Rakat Nafil 1 salam se padhe , har rakaat me Surah Fatiha kea ad Ayatal kursi 7 baar aur Surah Kauser 15 baar padhen, agar 700 saal ki namazen bhi qaza hui hon to iske kaffare ke liye ye namaz kaafi hai.”

Aur is baat ko Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki taraf mansoob kiya jaraha hai.

Ye baaten Msgs/whatsapp/Fb waghaira par badi aam hai aur aam musalman ise haqeeqat samajh rahe hain. Likhne wale ne baat ko Huzoor Aqdas sallallahu alaihi wasallam  ki taraf mansoob kardiya aur koi hawala nahi diya???

Ye baat bilkul Ghalat aur manghadat hai. Agar iski koi asal koi bata sakta hai to wo hame batade.

Yaad rahe ke Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya

مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ

Tarjuma: “Jo Mujh par Jhoot baandhe(yani Jhooti baat ki nisbat kare) to wo Apna Thikana Jahannam me banale.”

(Saheeh Bukhari 107)

Bhaiyo/Behno sonche ye kitni badi waeed hai . isliye is jaisi posts/msgs ko share karne se ahtiyat Karen. Jo bhi baat ko share karna ya msg karna ho to uski tehqeeq karlen isi baat ka hame Quran o Hadees me hokum milta hai.

Is baat ko tamam musalman bhai behno ko bataye taake wo aisi jhooti baton se khud bhi bachen aur doosron ko bhi bachaye.

Allah paak hame Saheeh Fikr o Amal ki taufeeq ata farmaye.

Aetekaaf o Lailatul Qadr

AETEKAAF KA BAYAAN

Aayat:

وَلاَ تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ

Tarjuma: Aur un Bibiyon (ke badan) se Apna Badan bhi (Shehwat ke sath) mat milne do jis zamane me ke tum log Aetekaaf wale ho (jo ke) Masjidon me (hua karta hai)(Surah Baqarah 187)

Hadees:

“Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam Ramazan ke Aakhri Ashre me Wisaal tak aetekaaf farmaya karte.”

(Bukhari o Muslim)

Arabi Zaban me Aetekaf ka matlab hai thairna,roke rakhna, Hamesha lazim rahna. Shar’an Makhsoos Shakhs ka niyyat ke sath Masjid me Thairna Aetekaaf kehlata hai.

Is ki mashrooiyat par Ijma hai. Aetekaf har waqt Sunnat hai chahe baghair Roze ke ya Sirf Raat me Aetekaaf kare, kyu ke kisi waqt ki qaid aur Ta’yeen marwi nahi. Ramazan ke Aakhri Ashre me degar Ayyam ke muqable me Ziada Afzal hai, kyunke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne us ki pabandi farmayi hai.(Bukhari o Muslim) aur is ki asal hikmat Laitlatul Qadr ki talash aur us ke husool ki koshish hai. Jo Quran ki roo se Hazaar (1000) Maheeno se behter hai. Yani us ek raat ki Ibadat aise Hazaar Mahino ki Ibadat se behter hai, jisme LAILATUL QADR na ho.

Hadees:

(1)”Jo Lailatul Qadr me Iman aur Sawab ki niyyat se Qiyaam kare (Allah ki Ibadat karta rahe) uske Sabiqah Gunah maaf honge.”

(Bukhari o Muslim)

Muraad isse Huqooqullah se mutalliq Sagheera gunah hain.

(2)Shabe Qadr ko Ramazan ke Aakhri Ashre me talash karo.

Imam Shafa’ii rahmatullahi alaih ke nazdeek Aakhri Ashre ke har Shab me Lailatul Qadr ka imkaan hai, lekin ziada Ahtemaal Taaq Raaton me aur usme bhi 21 ya 23 ki raat me hia. 21wi shab par Saheeh Bukhari o Muslim ki riwayat aur 23wi shab par Muslim ki riwayat dalalat karti hai. Imam Muzani aur Ibne Khuzaima waghaira ne farmaya ke Shab e Qadr muntaqil hote rehti hai. (har saal ek hi mutayyin raat nahi hoti) Imam Nawawi rah ne Rauzah, Majmoo aur Fatawa me isi ko tarjeeh di hai. Jama Bainal Ahadees me Imam Shafa’ii rahmatullahi alaih ke Kalaam ka bhi yahi taqaza hai. Shabe Qadr ki ek alamat ye hai ke uski Subah jab Suraj Tuloo hoga , to bilkul Safed hoga, usme ziada Shu’aaen nahi hongi. Shab e Qadr is Ummat ki khusoosiyat hai. Ye saal ki sab se afzal raat aur ta qayamat baaqi hai. Ye darhaqeeqat Nazar aati hai, jise Nazar aaye usey ye chupana Sunnat hai, kyun ke ye nazar aana ek Karamat hai aur Karamat ka poshida rakhna Sunnat hai. Shab e Qadr me Saari Raat Namaz, Tilawat, Dua waghaira Ibadaat me masroof rahe . shabe Qadr me ye Dua kasrat se padhen.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي

Tarjuma:

Aye Allah! Beshak Tu hi maaf karne wala hai aur Maafi ko pasand karta hai pas Mujhe maaf farma.(Tirmizi 3513)

Shabe Qadr ka Ilm na hosake tab bhi us raat ki ibadat karne se uski fazeelat Fil Jumla haasil hogi (kaamil fazeelat baghair ilm ke hasil na hogi) is ki ek Alamat usme Garmi o Sardi ka na hona hai (yani Motadil hogi) Shabe Qadr ke baad din m ebhi kasrat se Ibadat karna Mustahab hai.
