AQEEDA TAHAWI C

Imam Tahawi rahmatullahi alaih mutawaffi 341 Hijri ek bade Muhaddis o Faqeeh hai aur Un ho ne Aqeede par ek kitab bhi likhi hai jo ke Ahle Sunnat wal jamaat ke Aqaid par mushtamil hai aur Kaafi Mashhoor o Maroof hai.

Us kitab ki Shuruaat wo is tarah karte hain

هذا ذكر بيان عقيدة أهل السنة والجماعة على مذهب فقهاء الملة أبي حنيفة النعمان بن ثابت الكوفي وأبي يوسف يعقوب بن إبراهيم الأنصاري وأبي عبد الله محمد بن الحسن الشيباني رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين وما يعتقدون من أصول الدين ويدينون به رب العالمين

“Ye Zikr hai Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat ke Aqeede ke bayan ka Fuqaha e Millat ke Mazhab ke mutabiq yani Abu Haneefa Noman Bin Sabit Koofi, Abu Yusuf Yaqoob Bin Ibrahim Ansari aur Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Hasan Shaibani Rizwanullahi Alaihim Ajmaeen (ke mazhab ke mutabiq) aur Unho ne Deen me se jin ka Aeteqaad rakhte hain aur Rabbul Aalameen ke liye jis ko wo Apna Deen Banaye hue hain.”

Phir us ke Baad Allah Ta’ala ki Rububiyat,Uloohiyat aur Sifaat ke Mutalliq Aqaid ko Zikr farmaya.

Phir Nabi  kareem Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Mutabiq Aqeede ko Zikr karne ke baad Quran e Kareem ke Mutalliq Aqeede ki wazahat farmayi.

Wo likhte hain

وإن القرآن كلام الله منه بدا بلا كيفية قولا وأنزله على رسوله وحيا وصدقه المؤمنون على ذلك حقا وأيقنوا أنه كلام الله تعالى بالحقيقة ليس بمخلوق ككلام البرية فمن سمعه فزعم أنه كلام البشر فقد كفر

“Beshak Quran Allah ka Kalaam hai. Allah hi se zaahir hua hai baghair kaifiyat ke Awwalan aur Nazil kiya us ko Apne Rasool Sallallahu alaihi wasallam par Wahi ke Zarye, Momineen ne Haq samajhte hue us ki Tasdeeq ki aur wo Is baat par yaqeeni le aaye ke ye Haqeeqat me Allah Ta’ala ka Kalaam hai, ye Insano ke Kalaam Ki tarah MAKHLOOQ nahi hai, pas jis ne Is ko Sun kar Yaqeen kiya ke Ye Insan ka Kalaam hai to us ne Kufr kiya………………………….”

Ab Ap Ghaur kijye ke Imam Tahawi rahmatullahi alaih ne Apni Is kitab me Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat ke Aqaid ko Zikr farmaya hai aur Usko bhi Khaas Taur Imam Azam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi aliah aur unke 2 Azeem Shagerd Imam Abu Yusuf o Imam Muhammad rahmatullahi alaih ke aur us me Un ka Aqeeda bayan kiya ke QURAN ALLAH KA KALAAM HAI, AUR USKO MAKHLOOQ KEHNE WALA KAAFIR HAI, Ab is ke baad koi Tareekhi riwayaton ko lekar ya kisi aur ke Qaul ko lekar Imam Sahab rahmatullahi alaih par Bohtan baandhe ke un ka Aqeeda ye tha ke Quran Allah ka Kalaam nahi balke Makhlooq hai to use bada jahil insan aur bad bakht insan kaun hosakta hai???

Allah Hum sab ko Deen e Islam ki Saheeh samajh ata farmaye aur Fitna parwaron ke Fitnon se Hamari aur Ummat e Muslima ki Hifazat farmaye.

Haalanke Quran e Kareem me isse Sakhti se mana farmaya hai.

Isi tarah Hadees e paak me hai.

Naam Nihad Ahle Hadees Imam Azam Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih ko Kabhi Murjiya, Kabhi Motazali, Kabhi Jehmiya Sabit karne ke liye Langdi Lulli Tareekhi riwayaton ka Sahara lete hain, aisi baaten bhi mansoob karte hain Jo Shiya karte the jis Ka Jawab Shaikhul Islam Ibn e Taimia rahmatullahi alaih ne MINHAJUS SUNNAH me dediya hai.

Ek Aetraz par Nazar padi jis me Imam Azam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih ki taraf QURAN KE MAKHLOOQ hone ka Aqeeda mansoob kiya gaya tha.

Mere Bhaiyo! Is Jahilana baat ka jawab to dene ki zaroorat nahi thi lekin Aj Kal ye fitne Net par phail rahe hain is liye mujhe ek baar phir is Mauzoo par kuch likhna pada.

Aayye Shaikhul Islam Ibne Taimia rahimahullah ki Zubani is ka jawab sunte hain:

Ibne Taimia rahmatullahi alaih ek Shubeh ka jawab dete hue Tehreer farmate hain

“Ye Tamam Mashhoor Aimma  ye tamam ke tamam Allah Ta’ala Ki Sifaat ko Sabit maante hain aur wo kehte hain:

إِنَّ الْقُرْآنَ كَلَامُ اللَّهِ لَيْسَ بِمَخْلُوقٍ

BESHAK QURAN ALLAH KA KALAAM HAI MAKHLOOQ NAHI HAI

Aur wo kehte hain: Allah Ta’ala ko Aakhirat me Dekha jayegi.

Ye Sahaba Razi Allahu anhum aur un ka jo Ahle Bait aur unke Ilawa ki Itteba kiye Ahsan tareeqe se unka Mazhab hai, aur ye Aimma e Matbooeen ka mazhab jaise

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Lafz “IMAM AZAM” Kutub e Hadees aur unki Sharah me bhot se logon ke liye istemal kiya gaya hai. Lafz e Imam Azam Khaleefa ke liye kasrat se istemal kiya gaya hai. Jaise Saheeh Ibn e Khuzaima me Imam Khuzaima rahmatullahi alaih ne kuch is tarah baab qayam kiya

بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ الْأَعْظَمِ خَلْفَ مَنْ أَمَّ النَّاسَ مِنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ الْإِمَامُ مِنَ الرَّعِيَّةِ يَؤُمُّ النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ إِذَنِ الْإِمَامِ الْأَعْظَمِ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: خَبَرُ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ فِي إِمَامَةِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ

Is baab me Ibne Khuzaima rahmatullahi alaih ne  ye baat samjhane ki koshish ki hai ke jab IMAM AZAM yani Khaleefatul Muslimeen Imam ke peeche Namaz padh sakta hai aur Imam Riaya ki Imamat baghair IMAM E AZAM ki ijazat ke karsakta hai.

Jab ap Kutube Hadees aur unki Shuroohaat ka Mutalaa karenge to apko ye lafz bhot si jaghon par milega . khud Bukhari Shareef ki Mashhoor Sharah Fathul Baari jo ke Hafiz Ibne Hajar Asqalani Shafai rahmatullahi alaih ne likhi hai usme Apko Bhot si Jaghon par IMAM AZAM yani Khaleefa e Waqt ke baare me tafseel milegi. Kyu ke ye Lafz IMAM AZAM Khaleefa e waqt ke liye bhot istemal hua hai.

Haan Hame Hadees ki kitabon me aur unki Shuroohaat me ye lafz IMAM AZAM kabhi Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke liye nahi mila jahan kahin bhi naqis ne padha hai wahan ye lafz Khaleefa ke liye istemal hua hai.

Isse ek baat saabit hui ke ye lafz Khaleefa ke liye istemal kiya jata hai.

Isi tarah ye lafz Deen ki Bhot ziada qidmat kar ke Bhot oonche maqaam par pohanchne ke baad Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih ke IMAM AZAM Fiqh ke maidaan me kaha gaya aur ye itna kaseerul istemal hogaya hai ke jab Imam Azam Mutlaq kaha jaye to usse muraad Imam Azam fil fiqh Imam Abu Haneefa Noman Bin Sabit rahmatullahi alaih ko hi liya jata hai.

Kuch arse se baaz wo Bhai jinhe Arbi se koi talluq nahi aur na hi Hadees ko Salaf Saaliheen ke tareeqe par samajhte hain aur na hi Ulama se Raabte me rehte hain wo Is ko Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih se shiddat e Bughz ki bina par is lafz ko Khaatimul Ambiya Imamul Ambiya Rahmatul lil Aalameen Hazrat Muhammad Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki taraf mansoob karte hain aur kuch is tarah ke jahilana sawal karte hain ke Tumhare Imam Azam kaun hai Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam ya  Abu Haneefa (rahmatullahi alaih).

Ye sawal aur is jaise ke sawal unki jahalat ki ghammazi karte hain aur unki jahalat me bhot se Aam musalman aa bhi jaate hain. Aur is se Nabi ka taqabul Ummati se kar baithte hain Naoozu Billah Min Zaalik.

Imam Azam chahe Khaleefa ke liye istemal ho ya Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi aliah ke liye ye istemal ek Ummati ke liye hua hai aur sirf is liye ke is Laqab ko Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih ke sath badi hi munasibat hogai hai aur un se Bughz me Sarwar e Kaunain Muhammadur Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam se Apka Taqabul karna badi hi jasarat ki baat hai . kahan Imam ul Ambiya aur kahan Imam Abu haneefa.

Yaad rakhne aur samajhne ki baat ye hai ke Taqabul hamesha barabar ki cheezon aur barabar ki shakhsiyaton me hota hai. Nabi Aur Ummati me nahi.

Ab Baat ko samette hue lafz Imam Azam ka Khaleefa ke liye istemal hona Khud Ghair ke muqallideen (naam nihad Ahle Hadees) ke Muhaddis Abdur Rahman Mubarak Poori sahab marhoom ki Tirmizi Shareef ki Sharah TOHFATUL AHWAZI se saabit karta hun. Wo farmate hain

قُلْتُ الْمُرَادُ مِنْ هَذَيْنِ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ وَمَا فِي مَعْنَاهُمَا أَنَّ الْإِمَامَ الْأَعْظَمَ إِذَا اسْتَعْمَلَ الْعَبْدَ الْحَبَشِيَّ عَلَى إِمَارَةِ بَلَدٍ مَثَلًا وَجَبَتْ طَاعَتُهُ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ أَنَّ الْعَبْدَ الْحَبَشِيَّ يَكُونُ هُوَ الْإِمَامَ الْأَعْظَمَ

(بَاب مَا جَاءَ أَنَّ الْخُلَفَاءَ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ إِلَى أَنْ تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ)

Mai kehta hun in 2 Hadeeson ki muraad ye hai aur in dono ke maine ye hai ke IMAM AZAM jab kisi Habshi Ghulam ko kisi Shahar ki Imarat dede to uski Ita’at wajib hoti hai aur isme ye nahi hai ke wo HABSHI GHULAM IMAM AZAM banta ho.

Yahan Allama Abdur Rahman Mubarak poori waqt ke Khaleefa/Sultan ke liye Lafz e Imam Azam ka istemal kar rahe hain. Isi tarah aur bhi bhot si jaghon par Ghair Nabi ke liye ye lafz istemal kiya hai. Hum bus ek hi par iktefa kar rahe hain.

Ab hum chand Muhaddiseen o fuqaha ki kitabon se Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi ke liye Lafz Imam Azam ko sabit karte hain ke Ummat ke Ek Bade Ilmi Tabqe ne Ap rahmatullahi alaih ko IMAM AZAM kaha hai.

“Imam Abu Haneefa rah SIQAH the aur wahi Hadeesen Riwayat karte the jin ko wo yaad rakhte the aur jo Ahadees yaad na hotiin unhe bayan na karte.”

قال محمد بن سعد العوفي سمعت ابن معين يقول كانأبو حنيفة ثقة لا يحدث بالحديث إلا بما يحفظه ولا يحدث بما لا يحفظ

Ibne Ma’een farmate hain ke jab mai kisi ke bare me لا بأس به kahun to us ke mainey Siqah ke hain. Allama Ibne Hajar waghaira ne bhi isi ki tasreeh ki hai. Hafiz Zahbi ne TAZKIRATUL HUFFAZ me Imam sahab ke bare me Ibne Moin rah ka Qaul LAA BAA’SA BIH naqal kiya hai.

  1. Hafiz Abul Hajjaj Mizzi jo Fane Rijaal ke Imam Musalammus Suboot hain. TEHZEEBUL KAMAAL me farmate hain.

وَقَال مُحَمَّد بن سعد العوفي: سمعت يَحْيَى بن مَعِين يَقُولُ: كَانَ أَبُو حنيفة ثقة لا يحدث بالحديث إلا بما يحفظه، ولا يحدث بما لا يحفظ.

وَقَال صالح بن مُحَمَّد الأسدي الحافظ: سمعت يَحْيَى بن مَعِين يَقُولُ: كَانَ أَبُو حنيفة ثقة فِي الحديث.

Muhammad Bin Sa’ad Aufi kehte hain ke Maine Yahya Bin Ma’een ko kehte hue suna

Ibne Ma’een Rahmatullahi alaih ke Qaul se Imam Sahab ke Wara oaur ahtiyat par bhi raushni padti hia ke Aap Bhot ahtiyat o Taqwe ki wajeh se wahi Ahadees bayan o riwayat kiya karte the jo Ap ko Aala darje ki yaad hoti thiin. Agar zara bhi Shubah hota to us ko bayan na karte the taake Hadees e Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam me KIzb ka shaibah bhi na ho aur Waeed AHADUL KAAZIBAIN me  dakhil na hojayen.
