Assalamu Alaikum.

Qaraeen! Allah Ta’ala ne Quran e Majeed me farmaya:

“Aye Iman Walo ! Agar koi FASIQ tumhare pass koi Khabar lekar aye to Khoob Tehqeeq kar lya karo, aisa na ho ke kisi Qaum ko nadani se Nuqsan pohanchado, phir tumko apne kiye par Sharminda hona pade.”(49:6)

Aur Ap Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka Irshad hai

وحدثنا عبيد الله بن معاذ العنبري، حدثنا أبي، ح وحدثنا محمد بن المثنى، حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي قالا: حدثنا شعبة، عن خبيب بن عبد الرحمن، عن حفص بن عاصم، عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «كفى بالمرء كذبا أن يحدث بكل ما سمع»
“Admi ke Jhoota hone ke lye yahi kafi hai k suni sunai baat (bagair tehqeeq) ke doosro tak pohanchaye.”

(MUQADMA SAHEEH MUSLIM BAAB NAHI ANIL HADEES BI-KULLI MAA SAMI’AA.)

Ghair Muqallideen ka ek Mashhoor Mashghala hai ke wo chahte hain ke Logon ko Maulana Tariq Jameel sahab damat barakatuhum se mutanaffar karden.

Sunan Tirmizi ki ek Hadees me Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ الهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ عَيَّرَ أَخَاهُ بِذَنْبٍ لَمْ يَمُتْ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهُ قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: قَالُوا: مِنْ ذَنْبٍ قَدْ تَابَ مِنْهُ.

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ

“Jo Apne Bhai ko kisi Gunah par Aar dilaye wo nahi marega jab tak ke wo us gunah me Mubtala na hojaye. Ahmad Bin Munee’ rah ne farmaya :”Aisa Gunah jise wo Tauba karchuka tha.”(Sunan Tirmizi 2505, Shobul Imaan 6271)

Imam Tirmizi ne is Hadees ko Hasan kaha hai aur isi Baat Ko Hafiz Ibne Hajar Asqalani rahmatullahi aliah ne me hadees 1529 ke zail me Zikr farmaya hai.

Isi baat ko Tafseer e Samarqandi me Abul Lais Samarqandi rahmatullahi aliah (mutawaffa 373 Hijri) ne Surah Nisa ayat no 18 ki Tafseer me hazrat Hasan Basari rahmatullahi se naqal kiya hai.

قال: حدثنا محمد بن الفضل، قال: حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن يوسف، قال: حدثنا أبو حفص، عن صالح المري، عن الحسن قال: مَنْ عيّر أخاه بذنب قد تاب إلى الله منه ابتلاه الله به.

Neez Allama Qurtubi rah (M 671 Hijri) ne bhi Hazrat Hasan rah se yahi naqal kiya hai Tafseer Qurtubi me.

Hafiz Ibne Abi Dunya rah(Mutawafa 281 Hijri) ne bhi Sanad ke Sath apni kitab AL-SUMT  me ye Hadees Marfoo naqal ki hai.

288 – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:مَنْ عَيَّرَ أَخَاهُ بِذَنْبٍ – قَالَ ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ: قَالَ أَصْحَابُنَا: قَدْ تَابَ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْهُ – لَمْ يَمُتْ حَتَّى يَعْمَلَهُ

     Neez Muhammad Bin Saleh Uthaymin ne Riyazus Saaliheen ki Sharah me is hadees ko Support me liya hai.(6/263)

Mukhtasar Is Hadees ko Imam Tirmizi ne Munqate kaha hai aur sath me iski Tehseen bhi ki hai ke Ye Hadees HASAN hai aur is ko hi Hafiz e Dunya Ibne Hajar Asqalani ne apni Bulooghul Maram me naqal kiya hai. Baaz ne Zaeef aur Baaz ne Mauzoo bhi kaha hai.

Ab Aayye Ghair Muqallideen ki taraf nazar daalte hain wo log Maulana ke Ek bayan ko istemal karte hue kehte hain ke Maulana ne kaha Sahaba ko kaafir kehne wala kaafir nahi hota , aur phir Maulana par Aetrazaat karte hain unme se Aksar ko Ilm hai ke Maulana ne is baat se Rujoo karliya hai aur Bazabta Aelan bhi kiya Aur Bayan bhi diya lekin ye log Bus Maulana aur Ulama e deoband se bughz me andhe hokar Maulana par keechad uchalne ki koshish kar ke khud ruswa horahe hain.

Neez wo Ghair Muqallid jin ko Maulana ka Rujoo ka Ilm nahi wo Bhi Gunah gaar hain Oopar Ki Ayat par amal nahi karne ki wajeh se aur doosra Tehqeeq ka dawa kar ke Taqleed ka rad karne wale Khud Bughz me Andhe Muqallid ban kar.

Note: Ghair Muqallideen ke har Aetraz me Fareb isi tarah chupa hota hai, to koi baat in Fasiqon ki sune to pehle tehqeeq karlen.

Allah paak Maulana Tariq Jameel sahab ki Umar me Ilm me barkat den aur Ghair Muqallideen( Naam Nihaad) Ahle Hadees ko Hidayat de, khud to Deen ka Kaam karte nahi aur karne walon ki tang kheenchte hain.

Mauzoo Riwayat, Maulana Tariq Jameel Sahab aur Ghair Muqallideen

Assalamu alaikum.
Maulana Tariq Jameel sahab jis Azeem maqsad ke liye kaam karte hain ye kisi se chupa nahi hai, wo Ummat ka rishta Allah Ta’ala se jodne ke liye kaam karte hain aur Allah paak ne Qabooliyat bhi ata farmayi hai. Allah Maulana ki Umar me Sahet me barkat ata farmaye.(Aameen).
Lekin Kuch logon ko Maulana ki Mehnat , tadap Hazam nahi hoti aur Maulana ko kis tarah Be Izzat karen aur logon ko kis tarah Maulana se mutanaffir karen uski koshish me rehte hain. Lekin shayad unhe nahi pata ke Agar Saari Makhlooq kisi ko nuqsan pohanchana chahe aur Allah Faida pohanchana chahe to us ko koi Nuqsan nahi pohancha sakta.
Maulana par bhot si tohmaten lagai jati hain unme se ek ye ke “MAULANA MAUZOO RIWAYAT GADHTE HAIN” (naoozu billah).
Ye hosakta hai ke Maulana ne bayan me koi baat kehdi ho jo unho ne Motabar kitab me padhi ho lekin wo MAUZOO nikle, lekin ye hargiz nahi hosakta ke Maulana Apni Taraf se koi baat gadhe, ye to Maulana ke bayanaaat sunne wale bhi khud jaante hain. Min Jumla bhot si baaton ke ek baat ko bhot uchala gaya aur uchala jaraha hai ke Maulana ne apne ek bayan me kaha ke “Meri Sab se pehle Namaz e Janaza ALLAH RABBUL IZZAT padhenge” is par bhot bawaal machaya gaya ke Naoozu billah aisa keh diya Allah Ta’ala ki Shan me gustakhi kardi waghaira.
Hum maante hain ke ye riwayat mauzoo hai aur Maulana ko Ise bayan nahi karna chahye tha. lekin bhot si kitabon me likhi jachuki thi aur Maulana koi ASMAA O RIJAAL ke aadmi nahi hai is liye Maulana ye baaz Mastoor rahi.
Jab Maulana ne ye bayan diya to usme ye mauzoo riwayat thi to hamara farz ye tha ke Hum Maulana se rabta kar ke kehte ke Maulana Sahib apne ye bayan diya hai isme ye mauzoo riwayat hai.. jaisa ke Khud Maulana ne Ek bayan me kaha tha ke Mujhse agar koi Ghalti hui ho to Ap Mujhe batlao mai Islah karlunga.
Lekin Maulana se Bughz hasad keena aur Maslaki inteshar ne ye karne nahi diya. aur Maulana ko Social Media par bhot bura bhala kaha gaya.
Ab Zara Tasweer ka doosra rukh dekhen.
Naam Nihad Salafi sab se ziada jin ko maante hain yani Shaikhul Islam Ibne Taimia rahimahullah aur Unke Shagird e Khaas Ibne Qayyim rahimahullah. aur in ka Aqeeda hai ke Allah Arsh hi par hai(agar is me kuch ghalat ho to meri islah karden).
Apne Is ULOO ke aqeede ko Sabit karne ke liye Ibne Qayyim rahimahumullah ne “IJTEMAA UL JUYOOSHIL ISLAMIYYAH” naami kitab me wahi riwayat ko pesh kiya hai, Jee Haan wahi Mauzoo Riwayat ko pesh kiya hai, woh Bhi AQEEDA Sabit karne ke liye.
Is par Na Naam Nihad Ahle Hadees o Salafion ki koi post aati hai na koi bayan aata hai aur Na Koi Tabsara.

Musalman Bhaiyo Behno! Ek martaba is ibarat ko Phir se padhiye is me ye bataya gaya hai ke Quran e Kareem ki Tafseer karne ke liye 15 Uloom ki zaroorat hai na ke Quran e Kareem ko samajhne ya Tarjuma karne ke liye.

Kyu ke Quran e Kareem ki Tafseer Khud se yani Raye se karne ki mumaniat Ahadees me aayi hai jaisa ke Khud Shaikhul Hadees rahmatullahi alaih ne usi safhe par oopar ye baat batlai hai

“Jo Shakhs Quran e Paak me Apni Raaye se kuch kahe agar wo Saheeh bhi ho tab bhi us shakhs ne KHATAA(ghalti) ki”

Ye hadees Sunan Abu Dawood o Tirmizi ki hai.

AB Shaikhul Hadees rahmatullahi alaih ne Jo Uloom Ginaye hai unki fehrist hum yahan zikr karte hain:

  1. Lughat: jis se Kalaame Paak ke mufrad Alfaz ke maani maloom hojaye.
  2. Nahw (ye Arbi Grammar ka ilm hai jise Kalime ke Aeraab Zabar,zer pesh waghaira maloom hote hain)
  3. Ilm e Sarf( ye bhi Arbi Grammar ka Ilm hai jise Verbs ki detail ka ilm hota hai)
  4. Ishteqaq ka Janna zaroori hai (ye bhi Arbi Grammar ka Ilm hai Mushtaq se ishteqaq hai agar koi lafz 2 maaddon(roots) se mushtaq ho to uske maine Mukhtalif honge jaisa ke lafz مسیح hai us ka Ishtiqaq مَسح se bhi hai jis ke Maine “CHOONE aur TAR HATH KISI CHEEZ PAR PHERNE KE HAIN” aur مساحت se bhi jis ke maine Paimaish ke hain.

Jab Maine Mirqaat me dekha to Yahi Sharten Saahib e Mirqaat Mulla Ali Qaari rahmatullahi alaih (mutawaffa 1014 Hijri ) ne Mishkaat Ki Mashhoor Sharah Mirqaatul Mafateeh me naqal farmayi

بِخِلَافِ مَنْ كَمُلَتْ فِيهِ آلَاتُ التَّفْسِيرِ وَهِيَ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ عِلْمًا: اللُّغَةُ، وَالنَّحْوُ، وَالتَّصْرِيفُ، وَالِاشْتِقَاقُ، لِأَنَّ الِاسْمَ إِذَا كَانَ اشْتِقَاقُهُ مِنْ مَادَّتَيْنِ اخْتَلَفَ الْمَعْنَى بِاخْتِلَافِهِمَا، كَالْمَسِيحِ هَلْ هُوَ مِنَ السِّيَاحَةِ أَوِ الْمَسْحِ، وَالْمَعَانِي، وَالْبَيَانُ، وَالْبَدِيعُ، وَالْقِرَاءَاتُ، وَالْأَصْلَيْنِ، وَأَسْبَابُ النُّزُولِ، وَالْقَصَصُ، وَالنَّاسِخُ، وَالْمَنْسُوخُ، وَالْفِقْهُ، وَالْأَحَادِيثُ الْمُبَيِّنَةُ لِتَفْسِيرِ الْمُجْمَلِ وَالْمُبْهَمِ، وَعِلْمُ الْمَوْهِبَةِ، وَهُوَ عِلْمٌ يُورِثُهُ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ عَمِلَ بِمَا عَلِمَ

Lekin fazael e Aamaal me Fazael e Quran padhiye aur Dekhiye Quran se kitna qareeb laaya gaya hai.

  1. Jin Aayat ki Tilawat kar raha hai Dil ko Un ke taabe banade maslan agar Aayate Rehmat zaban par hai Dil Suroor e mahez ban jayeaur Aayat e Azaab agar aagayi hai todil laraz jaye”

Phir aage Hadees No.1 kke faide ke tahet ye farmate hain

“KAMAAL ISKA YE HAI KE MATAALIB O MAQAASID SAMET SEEKHE AUR ADNA DARJA IS KA YE HAI KE FAQAT ALFAZ SEEKHE.”

Aur bhi Bhot zor diya hai Quran ko Hifz karne aur samajhne par Ap Fazael e Quran ka mutalaa kijiye in sha Allah Quran ko padhne samajhne ka Shauq paida hojayega.

Allah paak Farebiyo ke Fareb se Hamari hifazat farmaye aur unhe bhi nek taufeeq ata farmaye, Hamara Khatma Imaan par farmaye.

“Ye Zikr hai Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat ke Aqeede ke bayan ka Fuqaha e Millat ke Mazhab ke mutabiq yani Abu Haneefa Noman Bin Sabit Koofi, Abu Yusuf Yaqoob Bin Ibrahim Ansari aur Abu Abdullah Muhammad Bin Hasan Shaibani Rizwanullahi Alaihim Ajmaeen (ke mazhab ke mutabiq) aur Unho ne Deen me se jin ka Aeteqaad rakhte hain aur Rabbul Aalameen ke liye jis ko wo Apna Deen Banaye hue hain.”

SCANAQEEDA TAHAWI 7

Phir us ke Baad Allah Ta’ala ki Rububiyat,Uloohiyat aur Sifaat ke Mutalliq Aqaid ko Zikr farmaya.

Phir Nabi  kareem Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Mutabiq Aqeede ko Zikr karne ke baad Quran e Kareem ke Mutalliq Aqeede ki wazahat farmayi.

Wo likhte hain

وإن القرآن كلام الله منه بدا بلا كيفية قولا وأنزله على رسوله وحيا وصدقه المؤمنون على ذلك حقا وأيقنوا أنه كلام الله تعالى بالحقيقة ليس بمخلوق ككلام البرية فمن سمعه فزعم أنه كلام البشر فقد كفر

“Beshak Quran Allah ka Kalaam hai. Allah hi se zaahir hua hai baghair kaifiyat ke Awwalan aur Nazil kiya us ko Apne Rasool Sallallahu alaihi wasallam par Wahi ke Zarye, Momineen ne Haq samajhte hue us ki Tasdeeq ki aur wo Is baat par yaqeeni le aaye ke ye Haqeeqat me Allah Ta’ala ka Kalaam hai, ye Insano ke Kalaam Ki tarah MAKHLOOQ nahi hai, pas jis ne Is ko Sun kar Yaqeen kiya ke Ye Insan ka Kalaam hai to us ne Kufr kiya………………………….”

AQEEDA TAHAWI QURAN ALLAH KA KALAAM

Qaraeen e Kiram! Ab Ap Ghaur kijye ke Imam Tahawi rahmatullahi alaih ne Apni Is kitab me Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat ke Aqaid ko Zikr farmaya hai aur Usko bhi Khaas Taur Imam Azam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi aliah aur unke 2 Azeem Shagerd Imam Abu Yusuf o Imam Muhammad rahmatullahi alaih ke aur us me Un ka Aqeeda bayan kiya ke QURAN ALLAH KA KALAAM HAI, AUR USKO MAKHLOOQ KEHNE WALA KAAFIR HAI, Ab is ke baad koi Tareekhi riwayaton ko lekar ya kisi aur ke Qaul ko lekar Imam Sahab rahmatullahi alaih par Bohtan baandhe ke un ka Aqeeda ye tha ke Quran Allah ka Kalaam nahi balke Makhlooq hai to use bada jahil insan aur bad bakht insan kaun hosakta hai???

Allah Hum sab ko Deen e Islam ki Saheeh samajh ata farmaye aur Fitna parwaron ke Fitnon se Hamari aur Ummat e Muslima ki Hifazat farmaye.
