Beshak apne aisi Naseehat ki hai jo koi Rukhsat karne wala karta hai to Ap hum ko koi Khaas Naseehat kardijye. To Ap(Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya

Logo tumhare upar Lazim hai ALLAH se DARNA,
Tum par Lazim hai (Allah ke Rasool ki baat ko )Sunna or itaa’at karna
Or agar tum par koi HABSHI GHULAM (AMEER) ho to uski Itaa’at karna.
Aur tum mere baad Bohat Sakht IKHTELAAF dekhoge, to tum par Lazim hai MERI or Hidayat yafta KHULFAE RASHIDEEN ke tareekhe ko Mazbooti se apne Daadho se Pakadlo aur Deen me Nayee baten paida karne se Bacho. Kyu ke Har BID’AT GUMRAHI hai.

Is hadees e Paak se maloom hua ke Ap ﷺki sunnat ke Sath Khulafe Rashideen ki Sunnat ko bhi mazbooti se pakadna hai. Aur Mashhoor Hadees jisme Ummat me 73 Firqon ka Zikr hai usme Naji(kamiyab hone wala Firqa) use bataya gaya hai jo Nabi ﷺ aur Sahaba razi Allahu anhum ke tareeqe par ho.

Nabi Kareem ﷺ se Saheeh Sanad se Ramazanul Mubarak me Taraweeh padhna sabit hai, Ap ne 3 Din padhai thi lekin Kitni Rak’aat Ap ﷺ ne Taraweeh me padhai ye Saheeh Sanad se sabit nahi hai. Hadees e Ayesha razi Allahu anha jisme 11 Rakat Tahajjud ka Zikr hai uske baare me hum akhir me kuch arz karenge

Ab Aiyye Hum is Silsile me Khulafa e Rashideen o Sahaba Razi Allahu anhu ke Tareeqe ko dekhte hain.

Saaeb Bin Yazeed Razi Allahu anhu se marwi hai ke “Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu anhu ke Zamane me log RAMAZAN me 20 RAKATEN padha karte the aur wo 200 Ayaat padha karte the, aur Hazrat OSMAN Razi Allahu anhu ke Zamane me to Qiyaam ki SHIDDAT ki wajeh se laathyo par Tek lagate the
Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu Ramazan me Qurra ko bulate aur uhne aur un me se Ek Shakhs ko Hukum dete ke wo Logon ko 20 RAKAAT padhaya kare.
Abul Hasanaa se Riwayat hai ke Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu anhu Ek Shakhs ko Hukum dete ke wo Logon ko 5 Tarweehe yani 20 RAKAAT padhaya kare.

Iske baad se Hindustan me Angrezon ke Qadm rakhne tak Musalsil taur par Kam Az Kam 20 Rak’aat Taraweeh hi padhi jati rahi, lekin baaz Sahulat pasand Sahaba razi Allahu anhum ki Sunnat ke Dushman aakar Ramazanul Mubarak me jisme Kasrat se Ibadat karni chahye usme Ummat ko is 8 or 20 me Mubtala karte hain aur masjidon se door karte hain.

Aimma e Arba me Imam Abu Haneefa,Imam Malik,Imam Shafai,Imam Ahmad rahimahumullah ke Nazdeek Taraweeh 20 Rakat hai aur Imam Malik rah ke Nazdeek ek qaul 36 ka bhi hai.

Harmain Sharifain me Hazrat Umar razi Allahu anhu ke zamane se aj tak 20 Rakat hi Taraweeh padhi jarahi hai.

Imam Tirmizi rah Apni kitab Jaame’ Tirmizi me farmate hain:

“Aur Aksar Ahle Ilm ka Ramazan ke Qayam me ikhtelaaf hai, baaz kehte hain ke 41 Rakat Witr ke sath padhi jay aur ye Qaul Ahle Madina ka hai aur isi par Ahle Madina ka Madina me amal hai.

عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلاَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي رَمَضَانَ؟ فَقَالَتْ: «مَا كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَلاَ فِي غَيْرِهِ عَلَى إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعًا، فَلاَ تَسَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعًا، فَلاَ تَسَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي ثَلاَثًا»

Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam 4 Rakat Namaz is tarah padhte the ke Uske Husn aur Tool ka kya poochna, phir isi tarah 4 Rakat padhte the uska Husn aur Tool bhi kya hi Khoob tha phir 3 Rakaat (Witr) padhte the.

Is hadees se chand baaten samne aati hain:

1.Qiyamul Lail Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam saal ke 12 mahine padhte the,

2.Ye 4, 4 Rak’aat ki hoti thi aur Taraweeh 2,2 Rakat ada ki jati hai,

3.Uske Baad Witr 3 Rakat padhi jati hai aur Hum Ghair Ke Muqallidon ko dekhte hain ke Wo 1 Rakat padhte hain ya phir 2 salam se 3 Rakat padhte hain(2+1) Khud Mausoof Zubair Ali Zai marhoom ne Apni Kitab Hadyatul Muslimeen safha 69 par Ek Rakat Witr padhne par Zor dete hain.

Alag Alag Mulkon Chand dekhne ke Masla

      Aj kal thoda ilm haasil kar ke ya chand ahadees ka tarjuma padh kar ya chand internet par kisi ki tehqeeq padh kar bhot se log bhot se Masail(ab to aqaid me bhi) shak o shubeh me padh rahe hain aur Ahle Ilm se daryaft karne ke bajaye un so called muhaqqiqeen ki baat ko ziada Saheeh samajh rahe hain. Ya Dunya me Jahan kahin bhi Chand dekh liya jaye to Saari Dunya walon ko us ki wajeh se Roza rakhna hoga? Internet ke Muhaqqiqeen is ki pur zor Koshish kar rahe hain ke ek jagah bhi dekh liya jaye to Chand kaafi hai aur Nusoos (Quran o Hadees) se apna man chaaha matlab nikal rahe hain. Haalanke Is silsile me Wazeh Nass(hadees) maujood hai.

Aayye Hum pehle Ikhtelaafe Mataali’ ke baare me thoda jaanlen Phir Aakhir me Hadees tarjume ke sath dekhlenge.

Ittehad o Ikhtelaaf me Mataali’: ek jagah chand nazar aaye to use Qareeb Ilaqon me bhi ise tasleem kiya jayegi, na ke door daraaz ke Ilaqon me. Qurb o  B’ud ka daaro madaar Ikhtelaaf e Mataali’ par hai, jin do maqamaat ke Tuloo-e-shams ya Tuloo-e-Fajr ya Tuloo-e-kawakib aur un ke Ghuroob ke auqaat Mukhtalif hon , unke darmiyan ikhtelaaf e Matali’ hoga warna Ittehad e Mataali’. Baazon ne khaa ke 2 maqamaat itne fasle par hon ke ek jagah chand ki Ruyat ke bawajood Ghaliban doosri jagah chand nazar na aata ho to un me ikhtelaaf e Mataali’ hoga aur ye baeed shumar honge. Lihaza Chand ek jagah nazar aane se doosri jagah Sabit na hoga. Jaisa Tuloo-e-Fajr o Tuloo-e-Shams aur Ghuroob(aur is ki wajeh se Namaz ke Auqaat aur Sehri O Iftaar ke Auqaat me) Qareeb o Ba’eed Ilaqe me farq hota hai. Agar mashriqi Ilaqe me Chand nazar aaye to usi jihat aur Arz me Maghribi Ilaqe me nazar aana lazmi hai. (agar Mataali’ ke Ittefaq o Ikhtelaaf me Shak ho to Ikhtelaaf par Mehmool karenge.)

Saheeh Muslim Shareef me Baab Kuch is tarah baandha gaya hai:

باب بيان أن لكل بلد رؤيتهم وأنهم إذا رأوا الهلال ببلد لا يثبت

حكمه لما بعد عنهم

Baab: Har ek Shahar me usi Jagah ki Ruyat Motabar hoti hai aur Doosre Maqaam ki Ruyat Baghair kisi Daleel e Sharii ke wahan motabar nahi hai.

عن كريب، أن أم الفضل بنت الحارث، بعثته إلى معاوية بالشام، قال: فقدمت الشام، فقضيت حاجتها، واستهل علي رمضان وأنا بالشام، فرأيت الهلال ليلة الجمعة، ثم قدمت المدينة في آخر الشهر، فسألني عبد الله بن عباس رضي الله عنهما، ثم ذكر الهلال فقال: متى رأيتم الهلال؟ فقلت: رأيناه ليلة الجمعة، فقال: أنت رأيته؟ فقلت: نعم، ورآه الناس، وصاموا وصام معاوية، فقال: ” لكنا رأيناه ليلة السبت، فلا نزال نصوم حتى نكمل ثلاثين، أو نراه، فقلت: أو لا تكتفي برؤية معاوية وصيامه؟ فقال: لا، هكذا أمرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم “

Kuraib bayan karte hain ke Umme Fazl Binte Haris Razi Allahu anha ne unhe Mulk e Sham me Hazrat Ameer Muawiya razi Allahu anhu ke paas bheja, wo bayan karte hain ke “Mai Mulke Sham aaya aur un ka kaam poora kiya aur maine JUMA ki Shab me Mulk e Sham me Ramazanul Mubarak ka cnad dekha phir Mai Maheene ke Aakhir me Madine Munawwara Aaya to Abdullah Bin Abbas razi Allahu anhu ne mujh se daryaft kiya” aur phir chand ka tazkirah kiya, phir farmaya “Tumne CHAND kab dekha, Miane kaha JUMA ki Shab me, Unho ne kaha ke tumne khud dekha? Maine Kaha Haan! Aur logon ne bhi dekha, Ibne Abbas razi Allahu anhu ne farmaya ke “Humne HAFTE ki Shab me Dekha hai lihaza Hum (30 ki) ginti mukmmal hone tak Roza rakhenge ya Chand dekhne tak, Maine arz kiya ke Ap Hazrat Muawiya razi Allahu anhu ka chand dekh lena aur Roza rakhna kaafi nahi samajhte? Unho ne kaha: NAHI kyun ke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne hame isi cheez ka Hukm diya hai.”

English Translation:

“Kuraib reported that Umm Fadl, daughter of Harith, sent him (Fadl, i. e. her son) to Mu’awiya in Syria. I (Fadl) arrived in Syria, and did the needful for her. It was there in Syria that the month of Ramadan commenced. I saw the new moon (of Ramadan) on Friday. I then came back to Medina at the end of the month. Abdullah b. ‘Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) asked me (about the new moon of Ramadan) and said: When did you see it? I said.: We saw it on the night of Friday. He said: (Did) you see it yourself? -I said: Yes, and the people also saw it and they observed fast and Mu’awiya also observed fast, whereupon he said: But we saw it on Saturday night. So we would continue to observe fast till we complete thirty (lasts) or we see it (the new moon of Shawwal). I said: Is the sightidg of the moon by Mu’awiya not valid for you? He said: No; this is how the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) has commanded us.”

Is wazeh Saheeh Sareeh Hadees ki maujoodgi me bhi ab koi kahe ke Nahi Poori Zameen par ek Jagah ka Chand dikh jaana saari dunya ke liye kaafi hai ap unhe kya kahenge?

Allah Ta’ala se Dua hai ke Allah paak Hame Deen ki Saheeh Fahem ata farmaye aur Ulamae Haq se hamara rabta rakhe aur Salaf Saaliheen ki tarah hame deen ko samajhne ki taufeeq ata farmaye aur Hamari Ulama e Soo se hifazat farmaye.

Saare DEEN ka Khulasa “ITTEBA” hai ke Allah aur Rasool ka Hukum maano , na Roza rakhne me kuch rakha hai, na Iftar karne me kuch rakha , na Namaz padhne me kuch rakha, jab Allah o Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam  kahen ke Namaz padho to namaz padhna Ibadat hai aur jab Wo kahen ke Namaz na padho o Namaz na padhna Ibadat hai, jab Wo kahen ke Roza rakho to Roza rakhne Ibadat hai aur jab Wo kahen ke Roza na rakho to roza na rakhne Ibadat hai, agar us waqt Roza rakhoge ya Namaz padhoge to Ye DEEN ke khilaf hoga. Deen ka Saara khel Itteba me hai, agar Allah Ta’ala ye haqeeqat Dil me utar de to saari Bid’aton ki khud sakhta Iltezamaat ki jad kat jaye.

Kuch arse se ek baat phailai jarahi hai ke

“Jis Shakhs ki Namazen Qaza hon aur tadad maloom na ho, to wo Ramazan ke aakhri jumah (Alvida Juma) ke din 4 Rakat Nafil 1 salam se padhe , har rakaat me Surah Fatiha kea ad Ayatal kursi 7 baar aur Surah Kauser 15 baar padhen, agar 700 saal ki namazen bhi qaza hui hon to iske kaffare ke liye ye namaz kaafi hai.”

Aur is baat ko Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki taraf mansoob kiya jaraha hai.

Yaad rahe ke Allah ke Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya

مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ

Tarjuma: “Jo Mujh par Jhoot baandhe(yani Jhooti baat ki nisbat kare) to wo Apna Thikana Jahannam me banale.”

Roze Ki Niyyat Par Aetrazaat ka jayeza

Assalamu alaikum, Ramazan ke shuru hote hi Jinnat me se sarkash shayateen Qaid kardiye jate hain, lekin wo shayateen jo Insano me se hai qaid nahi hote. Pichle Ramazan se Ghair muqallideen Roze ki Niyyat par ye shosha chord rahe hain ke ye Niyyat Quran o Hadees se sabit nahi. Aur ye Niyyat banana wale ko Arabi nahi aati hai kyu ke isme ek lafz غد hai jis ka matlab “kal” hai, aur hum to aj ka roza rehte hain.
Ye shosha chordne wale jitne bhi ya to FB ke mufti hai ya Youtube/google ke mufti , in tamam ko Arbi ki ع bhi theek se nahi aati hai.
Youtube par kisi Advocate ki speech sunli khush hogaye aur chale unki andhi Taqleed me ya

Whatsapp par kisi ka Audio sun liya aur hogaye uske diwane aur karli andhi taqleed.

Ab hum aate hai Roze ki niyyat par to pehli baat to ye hai ke Sire se kisi ne dawa nahi kiya ke ye Niyyat mansoos hai.

Sehri Karenge to Niyyat Roze ki hogi ….. Zaban se kehna Behter hai

Ayye Ab Hum Roze ki niyyat me jo lafz غدا par jo aetraz karte agar unhe Hadees ka ilm hota ya Hadees ko arabi zaban me un ke asli makhaz se padhte to aisi baaten na karte . masla ye hai ke ye log Hadees padhte hai to wo bhi Urdu zaban me . aur is masle me hadees to padhi nahi agar Ramazan ke mutalliq ahadees padhte to aisa bachkana aetraz na karte.

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ الهِلاَلَ، قَالَ: أَتَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، أَتَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: يَا بِلاَلُ، أَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ أَنْ يَصُومُوا غَدًا.
Ibne Abbas razi Allahu anhu se Riwayat hai unho ne farmaya:
Ek Aerabi Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke paas aaya, to usne kaha:
Maine Hilal(Chand ) dekha hai. Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Kya Tu Gawahi deta hai ke Allah ke siwa koi Ibadat ke layaq nahi aur ye ke Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) Allah ke Rasool hain. Usne kaha : haan!
Ap Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
Aye Bilal ! logon me Aelaan kardo ke wo KAL ROZA rakhen.

Ab Isse Ghair Muqallideen ki jahalat aur unki Ummat me Tafreeq paida karne ki koshish aur Musalmano me waswasa daalne aur unme ladane ki koshish apke samne wazeh hoti hai.

Ye to hogai Hadees ab ink eek Ghair Muqallid Muhammad Aqil Jeddah bade dawe karte hai aur ek shakhs ko phone kar Daulatut Tauheed Saudi ka hawala dekar kehte hain, unke liye usi daultaut tauheed ka hawala .

6. EID GAAH PAIDAL JAANA[TO GO BY FOOT] ,
7. EK RASTE SE JANA DUSRE SE WAPAS AANA[TO GO BY ONE ROUTE AND RETURN BY ANOTHER] ,
8. EID KI NAMAZ SE PEHLE GHAR ME YA EID GAAH ME NAFIL NAMAZ NA PADHNA AUR EID KI NAMAZ KE BAAD EID GAAH ME NAFIL NAMAZ NA PADHNA[NOT TO PERFORM NAFIL AT HOME OR AT THE EID GAH BEFORE AND AFTER THE EID SALAT] .
9. NAMAZ SE PEHKE KUCH KHAJOOR KHANA agar na ho to MEETHI CHEEZ KHANA[TO TAKE DATES OR ANY OTHER SWEETS BEFORE GOING FOR THE EID UL FITR SALAT],
10. SADQA FITR NAMAZ SE PEHLE ADA KARNA[TO GIVE SADQATUL FITR BEFORE GOING FOR THE EID UL FITR PRAYER],
11. EID KI NAMAZ KO JAATE JAATE TAKBEER E TASHREEQ AHISTA KEHNA[ON EID UL FITR ONE SHOULD SAY TAKBIR IN A LOW VOICE WHILE GOING FOR SALAT].
