Allah Ta’ala farmate hain:

وَأَنْكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ

 “Aur tum me jo Be Nikah hon (khwah mard ,Khwah Aurat aur Khwah  abhi Nikah hi na hua ho, ya wafaat o talaq se ab Akele hogaye ho) tum Unka Nikah kardiya karo.”(Surah Noor: 32)

Hadees: Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:

“Mai to Aurton se Nikah karta hun, pas to jis ne mere Tareeqe se Rugardani ki to wo mujh se nahi.”(Bukhari O Muslim Kitabun Nikah)

Islam aur Nikah:

Islam se Pehle jo Akhlaqi Mazaahib Qaayem the, un sab me Aurat ko aur Aurat o Mard ke Azdawaji Taluq ko bhot had tak Akhlaaq aur Rooh ki Taraqqi se rokne wala samjha gaya tha, Islam ne Aakar is nazarye ko batil qarar diya aur bataya ke Akhlaaq aur Rooh ki takmeel jis Qadr Akele rehne se hosakti hai use Ziada Nikah kar ke Azdawaji talluq me Mumkin hai kyu ke Akhlaaq Naam hai Husn e Ma’amla aur Husn e Sulook ka.

Islam ne Nikah ko har Umar ke Mard o Aurat balke Azaad aur Ghulam har ek ke liye behter balke Khair o Barkat ka sabab Qarar diya.

Allah Ta’ala farmate hain:

وَأَنْكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ إِنْ يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ

“Aur apne me se Bin Shauhar ki Aurton ka (chahe Kanwari ho ya Bewa) aur apne Ghulamon aur Laundiyon me se Saaliheen ka Nikah kardiya karo, agar wo Ghareeb honge to Allah Ta’ala un ko apni Meherbani se Ghanii kardega, Aur Allah Ta’ala Gunjaish rakhne wala aur Ilm rakhne wala hai.(Surah Noor 32)

Phir Is farz ko yahan tak Zaroori qarar diya ke farmaya, agar koi Ghareeb Musalman kisi Shareef Khatoon ka Kharch na utha sakta ho to kisi Musalman baandi se Nikah karle.(Dekhiye Surah Nisaa Ayat 4)

Haqeeqat ye hai ke Har Insan ko apni rafaqat ke liye apne ek Hum Jins ki talash hoti hai aur Ye Khuda ki paida ki hui fitrat hai (aur Islam Ain Deen e fitrat hai) isliye Miyaan Biwi ke apasi Akhlaaq o Muhabbat ko Allah Ta’ala ne Apni Nishaniyon me se ek Qarar diya hai. Allah Ta’ala farmate hain:

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

“Aur Us (Khuda) ki Nishaniyon me se ek ye hai ke Usne tumhari Jins se tumhari Biwiyan paida kiin, take tum un ke paas Sukoon paao, aur tumhare aapas me Pyar o Muhabbat paida kardiya, Beshak is me sochne walon ke liye kitni nishaniyan hain.”(Surah AL Rome 21)

Quran Kareem Me Nikah Ka Hukum Aur Uski Targheeb

Pichle mazmoon me Hayaa o Iffat aur Paakdamani ke fazael bayan kiye gaye the , ab us ke Husool ka zarya “NIKAH” ke Fazael o Fawaid ka Kitab o Sunnat ki raushni me tazkirah kiya jaraha hai.

Haq Ta’ala ka irshad hai

وَأَنْكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ إِنْ يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ

“Tum me jo be-Nikah hon in ka Nikah kardo, aur Saleh Ghulamon aur Baandiyon ka Nikah bhi kardiya karo, agar wo Mohtaj honge to Allah Ta’ala apne Fazl se unhe Ghani kardega aur Allah badi Wus’at wala aur Ilm wala hai.”

(Surah AL Noor :32)

Imam Ibne Kaseera rah farmate hain:

“Is Aayat e Shareefah me Nikah ka hukum diya gaya hai , Ulama ki ek Jamat is Aayat ke Zaahir ki wajeh se Is ki qaail hai keh Jo Shakhs Nikah karne par Qaadir hai us par Nikah ka Karna Wajib hai, unho ne Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke ek Irshad e Girami – jo Saheehain me Ibn e Masood razi Allahu anhu se marwi hai- se bhi Istedlal kiya hai, الایامی, ایّم (Ayyim) ki jama hai, aur us ka Itlaaq har us shakhs par hota hai jis ka Zauj na ho khwah wo Mard ho ya Aurat, Khwah abhi Nikah hi na hua ho ya ho kar kisi wajeh se tafreeq hogayi ho, Hazrat Ibn e Abbas razi Allahu anhuma se marwi hai keh Aayat e Mazkoorah me Allah Ta’ala ne Ahraar o Harair – yani Azaad aur Mamlook- sab hi ko Nikah ki targheeb di aur khush haali ka wada farmaya hai. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq razi Allahu anhu ne is aayat ka hawala dete hue irshad farmaya: Allah Ta’ala ne Nikah ka jo Hukum diya hai us ki tameel tum karo, Allah Ta’ala Khush Haali ke Apne Wade ki takmeel khud farmayega, Isi tarah Hazrat Ibn e Masood razi Allahu anhu farmate the keh Nikah ke Zarye Faraakhi o Khush haali ko talash karo, Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allahu anhu Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka ye irshad naqal karte hain ke teen (3) Aadmiyon ki Nusrat Allah Ta’ala ka Haq hai, unme ek wo shakhs bhi hai jis ne Mahez paakdamani ki Niyyat se Nikah kiya ho, (Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne is hukm par Amal ki taraf is qadr tawajjeh farmayi keh) aise shakhs ke Nikah ka bhi intezam farmaya jis ke paas bajaz ek Chadar aur ek Lohe ki angothi ke aur koi cheez na thi, Maher bhi nahi desakta tha to Ap ne Maher ke Iwaz Apni Biwi ko Quran padha dene ki Zimmedari dedi , Aayat ke Akheer me يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ke zarye Allah Ta’ala ne Apne lutf o karam se jo zimmedari li hai wo Zaujain ki zarooriyaat e zindagi ka takafful hai.”

Allam Aaloosi rah isi aayat ke tahet farmate hain:

“Is se Qabl ki Aayaat me Allah Ta’ala ne badkaari aur us me mubtala karne wali harkaat par Zajr o taubeekh karte hue rok lagadi thi, isi munasibat se ab Nikah Ka Hukm de rahe hain, Nikah Badkaari se mehfooz rakhne ka sabab hone ke sath sath Mustaqil Maqaasid o fawaid bhi rakhta hai, kyun keh wo Bani Nau’e Insaniyat ke baqaa aur Ikhtelaat e Nasab se tahaffuz ka zarya hai. Saaliheen se Huqooq e Zaujiyat ki adai aur wasaail e Hayaat par Qudrat rakhne wale log Muraad hain, Aayat me أَنْكِحُوا ka amr Ahle Zaahir ke nazdeek wujoob ke liye hai lekin Jamhoor Ulama ke nazdeek Istehbabi hai.”

Isse pehli chand Aayaat e Quraaniya Pakdamani ke ziman me bayan ki gayi ab unke baad is silsile ki kuch Ahadees e Shareefah bhi naqal ki jati hain.
Jab koi Aurat Panjwaqtah Namazon ka Ahtemam kare, Apni Sharmgaah ki hifazat kare aur Shauhar ki Ita’at kare to wo Jannat ke jis darwaze se chahe Dakhil hojaye.

Bukhari o Muslim me Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu anhu se marwi hai keh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
Saat (7) Qism ke aadmi hain jin ko Allah Ta’ala Qayamat ke din Apne Arsh ke saaye me rakhega jab keh Us ke Arsh ke ilawah kahiin aur saaya na hoga, un saat (7) Aadmiyon me se ek who Naujawan bhi hai jis ko koi Husn o Jamal aur Maal o Daulat wali Aurat apni taraf maayel kare magar wo yeh keh kar ke Mai Allah se darta hun us ke shar se bach jaye. (Bukhari o Muslim)
Tirmizi waghaira me Hazrat Ibn e Umar razi Allahu anhumaa se riwayat hai keh Unho ne Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki zaban e Mubarak se muta’addad baar ye waqia suna keh Bani Israil me ek Badkaar o Gunahgaar shakhs “KIFL” naami tha us ke paas ek Ladki kisi Zaroorat se majboor hokar aayiusne us ko 60 Dinaar is shart par diye keh wo use badkaari karegi, wo Ladki Majbooran raazi hogayi, phir jab hasb e wada wo ladki us ke paas aayi to us ne badkaari ki tayyari shuroo ki aur jab qareeb hokar hum bistari karne hi wala tha keh Ladki kaampne aur rone lagi, us ne us ki wajeh poochi to ladki ne kaha: Maine aisi harkat kabhi nahi ki, Aaj ek Majboori ne yahan tak pohancha diya us ladki ki hayaa se mutassir ho kar wo shakhs fauran is se alahda hogaya aur kehne laga : to ek Aurat hokar Allah ka itna khauff karti hai to mujhe is se ziada Allah se darna chahye, maine tujhe jo raqam di thi wo lele aur yahan se chali jaa, Mai aaj ke baad Allah ki nafarmani kabhi na karunga, Allah Ta’ala ka karna keh usi raat me us shakhs ki maut aagayi, logon ne Subah us ke darwaze par ye likha hua dekha “إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ غَفَرَ لِلْكِفْلِ” Allah Ta’ala ne KIFL ki maghfirat farmadi.
Subhan Allah! Kaisi qadr afzaai hoti hai Malik e beniyaaz ki taraf se Apne Bando ki!
Bukhari o Muslim ne Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar razi Allahu anhumaa se riwayat kiya hai keh Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Teen (3) aadmi apne safar ke dauraan ek ghaar me thaire, achanak ek badi chattan ladhak kar giri jis se us ghaar ka munh bandh hogaya, aur baher nikalne ki koi soorat na rahi, yeh log bhot pareshan hue phir is baat par sab muttafiq hogaye keh Apne Aamaal e Saaliha me se kisi Mukhlisana amal ke hawale se Allah Ta’ala se madad Talab ki jaye chunanche unho ne ghaur kar ke apne ek ek SALEH Amal ke hawale se Dua karna shuru ki aur har ek ki dua par chattan thodi thodi khisakti rahi bil aakhir itna rasta bana keh wo log basahuulat bahar Nikal aaye, un teeno ki duaon me se ek Dua ye thi:
“Aye Allah! Meri ek chachazaad bahen thi aur wo Mujhe bhot mehboob thi , Mai us ko burai ke liye phislata rahta tha magar wo inkar karti rehti thi, yahan tak keh ek martaba khushk saali ke asraat se mutassir hui to tangi o pareshani me mubtala ho kar mere paas madadchahne aayi thi, Maine bhi mauqe se faida uthate hue us ko ek sau bees (120) Dinar is shart par diye keh wo Mujhe badkari ka mauqe degi, phir jab usne mauqa diya aur us ke sath Jimaa’ ke qareeb hua to usne kaha: mere kanware pan ko is tarah Haram ke zarye todna tere liye kaise durust hosakta hai? Aye Allah! Ye sunte hi mai fauran us se door hokar doosra janib chala gaya aur wo maal bhi us se wapis nahi liya, halaanke us ladki se mujhe Had se ziada Ishq tha, Aye Allah! Agar Maine ye amal us waqt sirf teri hi Razaa o Khushnoodi ke liye aur tere hi khauf se kiya tha to tu hamari ye mushkil door farmade. To Allah Ta’ala ne us chattan ko apni Qudrat se khiskaa diya. (Muslim :2743)
Waqaai ye kitni badi Qurbani aur kaisa azeem iisaar hai. Zara Ghaur kijye! Ek Naujawan kisi Haseena par farefta ho aur Arse se use rajhane aur manane me mashghool ho aur wo inkar hi karti jarahi ho, itne me halat o hawadis ne khud us ko majboor kar ke aur Mohtaaj bana ke us ke darwaze par laa khada kiya ho us majboori se wo ab Khalwat o Sohbat ka mauqa dene ke liye bila kisi dabaao ke tayyar bhi hogayi ho, phir aise waqt jab doori ke tamam hijabaat uth gaye aur aadmi ki jawani ki jaulaani , Shehwat ke ishte’aal aur apni Mashooqah ke ishq me choor ho kar us par sawar hone hi wala ho keh Allah Ta’ala ka naam aur Haq e Islam kaan me padte hi fauran apni Deewangi o Junoon se dastbardaar ho kar ek taraf ko hojaye aur Gunah se bach jaye, kehne Likhne ko to ye bhot aasan hai magar jis ke Seene me dil hai wo samajh sakta hai keh ye koi Mamooli Qurbani aur halki si baat nahi bhot bade ikhlaas o Imaan ke jazbe se sadir hone wala العمل الصالح hai, tab hi to Qubooliyat ka sharf hasil hona dunya hi me maloom hogaya, إِلَيْهِ يَصْعَدُ الْكَلِمُ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ يَرْفَعُهُ isi liye farmaya gaya hai. Is me us shakhs ke liye badi Ibrat o Naseehat ka saaman hai jo Parhezgaari ka rasta ikhtyar karna chahta hai aur jo kisi aisi aazmaish me phans kar us se najaat pane ka khahish mand ho.
Imam Bukhari ne Hazrat Sohail Bin Sa’ad razi Allahu anhu se riwayat kiya hai keh Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
“Jo Shakhs do Jabdon ke darmiyani Uzu (Zaban) aur Do raano ke darmiyani uzu (Sharmgah ) ki hifazat ki Zamant lele mai uske liye jannat ki zamanat leta hun.” (Bukhari :6474)
Imam Baihaqi rah ne Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas Razi Allahu anhuma se riwayat kiya hai keh Nabi kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:
“Aye Quraish ke Naujawano! Apni Sharmgaahon ki hifazat karo, Zinakaari mat karo, Suno! Jisne Apni Sharmgah ki hifazat ki us ke liye Jannat ki basharat hai.”

Imam Bukhari rah ne Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allahu anhu se riwayat kiya hai keh Hazrat Ibrahim alaihis salam jab Hukm e Khudawandi se Hazrat Saarah ko lekar Hijrat farma rahe the to raste me ek aise shahar par pohanche jahan ka badshah (ya Ghunda) aisa tha keh kisi bhi Musafir ki biwi pasand aajaye to jabran us par Qabzah karleta tha jab us ko in hazraat ke bare me ittela mili to Aadmi bhej kar puchwaya keh Tumhare sath ye kaun Aurat hai? Unho ne us ke zulm se bachne ke liye – ye taweel karte hue keh is jagah mere aur meri biwi ke ilawah koi Saahib e Imaan nahi hai- jawab diya keh ye meri bahen hai, Hazrat Saarah razi Allahu anha ko bhi batla diya keh Imaani Ukhuwwat ke rishte se maine Bahen kaha hai tum bhi isi rishte se mujhe Bhai batla dena, ye takeed kar ke us aadmi ke sath Hazrat Saarah razi Allahu anha ko rawana kardiya, jab wo darbar me pohancheen aur us badshah ne un par dast darazi ka irada kiya to wo Fauran khadi huiin, 2 Rakat Namaz padhi aur Allah Ta’ala se dua ki: Aye Allah ! agar Aap par aur Aap ke Rasool par Sacha Imaan laya hai aur Apni Sharmagah ko siwaye Shauhar ke aur kahin istemal nahi kiya hai to is kaafir se Mujhe bachayye aur us ko mujh par tasallut na dijye, jaise hi unho ne Dua Ki wo Maflooj ho kar pairon ke bal gir pada, Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allahu anhu farmate hain keh Jab Unho ye haal dekha to unho ne phir Dua ki keh: Aye Allah! Agar ye is tarah reh jayega to log Mujhe ilzam denge keh tu hi iski qaatil hai, ye to aur badi mushkil hojayegi, is dua se wo saheeh hogaya ,usne phir dast darazi ki koshish ki unho ne phir dua ki phir usi tarah behosh hokar girpada teesri dafa usne apne Khuddam ko bulakar kaha: Bakhuda tum logon ne mere paas kis Shaitanni ko bhej diya hai? Ise yahan se le jaao aur Ibrahim (alaihissalam) ke hawale kardo, aur is ko ek Khadimah bhi dedo.
Mazkoorah baala tamam Aayat ,Ahadees aur Waqiaat se pata chalta hai keh Islam ne Musalmano ko Haya o paakdamani ki kitni targheeb di hai aur ye keh ye sifaat Allah Ta’ala aur Uske Rasool sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Mehboob banne ka Waseela hai, neez aise bando aur bandiyo ko Allah Ta’ala Dunya o Aakhirat ki kamiyabiyon se ham kinaar karte hain.
Allah Tamam Musalmano ko Paakdaman banaye aur Nazron ki, Dilon ki , Zaban ki aur Sharmgahon ki Hifazat karne ki taufeeq ata farmaye.

Pakdamanai Ka Hukum Aur Uski Dunyawi Aur Ukhrawi Barkaat:

Quran o Hadees me Hayaa aur paakdamani ko badi ahmiyat di gayi hai, ja bajaa is ka hukum aur is ki targheeb di gayi hai, is me tasahul o laparwahi karne walaon ki mazammaten ba kasrat bayan ki gayi hain jis se maloom hota hai keh ISLAM ki fitrat aur is ka mizaaj hi zaahir o baatin ki taharat aur fikri o amali paakeezgi hai , is liye is mazmoon me sab se pehle usi ka tazkirah kiya jaraha hai.
Allah Ta’ala ne Surah Al Furqan me apne Nek o Mehboob bandon ki pasandeedah sifaat ka zikr karte hue farmaya:
وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ
“Aur jo Log Allah ke sath Shirk nahi karte aur NaHaq kisi ka Qatl nahi karte aur Zina nahi karte.(woh Allah ke Khaas aur Mehboob bande hain , yeh log apne apne Sabr o Taqwa ki barkat se jannat ke baalakhano me aur char taraf se mubarakbaadi aur salamti me honge).
(SURAH AL FURQANA AYAT 68)
Ek aur jagah irshad farmaya:
إِنْ تَجْتَنِبُوا كَبَائِرَ مَا تُنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ نُكَفِّرْ عَنْكُمْ سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَنُدْخِلْكُمْ مُدْخَلًا كَرِيمًا
“Agar tum log in bade Gunahon se bachte rahoge jin se tumhe roka gaya hai to hum tumhari degar laghzishon ka kaffara kardenge aur tumhe izzat ke maqaam yani JANNAT me dakhil karenge.
(SURAH AL NISAA AYAT 31)
Surah Yusuf me Hazrat Yusuf alaihis salam ke bare me aaya hai keh unho ne khadi jawani me ek maaldaar, Saahibe ikhtidaar aur Haseen Aurat ke har taraf se majboor kar ke Burai ka mutalebah karne aur na maanne ki soorat me tarah tarah ke masaaib ki dhamkiyaan dene ke bawajood Allah Ta’ala ke fazl se apne aap ko us Haraam Mutabalabeh se mehfooz rakha , Khauf e Khuda se kaamp gaye aur be saakhtah dua ki thi keh
رَبِّ السِّجْنُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِمَّا يَدْعُونَنِي إِلَيْهِ
Aye Allah ! ye Aurten jis Burai o Behayai ki taraf bula rahi hain us ke irtekab se to mujhe jail kaahna me jaakar wahan ki mashaqqaten jhel lena ziada pasand hai. Chunancheh unho ne bhot kuch aazmaish ke baad poori izzat o raf’at ke sath Mulk e Misr ke Takht O Taj ka Malik banadiya aur unki tareef karte hue farmaya:
كَذَلِكَ لِنَصْرِفَ عَنْهُ السُّوءَ وَالْفَحْشَاءَ إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُخْلَصِينَ
yani is tarah hum ne unko Burai aur badkaari se bacha liya kyun keh woh Hamare pasandeedah bande hain.
Suratul Ahzaab ki aayat no 35 me apne bando aur bandiyon ki pasandeedah sifaat ke ziman me وَالْحَافِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَالْحَافِظَاتِ yani Sharmgahon ki HIFAZAT karne wale mardon aur sharmgaahon ki hifazat karne wali Aurton ko shamil kar ke unke liye maghfirat aur Ajr e Azeem ka wada farmaya hai, jis se Allah Ta’ala ke haan paakdamani ki is sifat ki ahmiyat ka andaza kiya jasakta hai , is aayat ke tahet Imam Ibn e Kaseer rah farmate hain:
“Sharmgaah ki hifazat ka matlab ye hai keh siwaye Halaal o Jayaz kaam ke aur kisi taqaza e ma’siyat me istemal hone se iski hifazat kare.”
Isi tarah Surah Mominoon ki aayat no 5 وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ me sharmgah ki hifazat karne yani pakdaman rehne walon ko kamiyaab qarar dekar unhe JANNAT ki wirasat aur us me daaimi Qiyaam ki khush khabri sunai hai. Is se bhi is amal ki qadr o qeemat aur Ajr o sawab ka andaza kiya jasakta hai.
Surah Noor ki Ayat no 30 me Musalmano ko Nigahon aur Sharmgaahon ki hifazat ka hukum dete hue is amal ko un ke Quloob o rooh ki paaki ka sabab qarar diya hai. Jab keh Qalb o Zahen ki paak baazi hi TAQARRUB ILALLAH ka ahem waseela hai.
Aurton ko bhi is silsile me khusoosiyat se mutawajjeh kiya gaya hai chunancheh Surah Tehreem me Hazrat Maryam alaihas salam ki tareef karte hue aur doosre Musalmano ko un ki misaal dete hue farmaya وَمَرْيَمَ ابْنَتَ عِمْرَانَ الَّتِي أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَهَا yani Aur Imran ki beti Maryam jis ne Apni Sharmgaaho ki hifazat ki aur hamesha paakdaman rahiin.
Surah Noor me Hazrat Aayesha razi Allahu anha ki tareef الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ yani Paakdaman , bholi bhaali aur Imaan wali ke alfaaz se kar ke un par aur un jaisi Aurton par Ilzaam lagane walon ko Dunya o Aakhirat ki Lanaton ka mustahiq qarar diya gaya.
