****QURBANI KE CHAND MASAEL****
Assalam alaikum Ye chand Qurbani ke Masael hain ghaur se padhen.
***QURBANI KIS PAR WAJIB HAI?
Qurbani Har us Musalman , Aaqil, BAALIGH, Muqeem, MARD O AURAT par Wajib hoti hai jiski Milkiyat me Qurbani k Dino me 7.5 TOLE SONA YA 52.5 Tole CHANDI ya Chandi ki Qeemat ka Maal ho jo uski Hajat e Aslya se Ziada aur Qarz se khali ho.

***Agar koi Shaqs Maqrooz ho to agar Qarz ada karne ke baad uski Milkyat me 52.5 tole Chandi k utna maal , zaroori cheezo se Ziada ho to us par Qurbani Wajib hai, warna nahi.

***AURAT PAR QURBANI KA WUJOOB

Agar kisi Aurat k pass Zewaraat ho aur Nisaab ke Barabar ho, to agar Wo Aurat un Zewaraat ki khud Malik ho to us par QURBANI WAJIB hai.

¤SHAUHAR par BIWI ki taraf se Qurbani karna WAJIB nahi. Biwi par Agar QURBANI wajib ho to wo Khud apne paiso se QURBANI kare, albatta SHAUHAR BIWI ki taraf se Qurbani karde to uski Wajib Qurbani ada hojayegi.

**Ek BAKRA PURE GHAR WALO ki Wajib Qurbani ki taraf se kafi nahi,
Is se sirf ek hi SHAQS ki WAJIB QURBANI ada hogi. Albatta Apne Naam ki Nafil Qurbani kar k Ajar o Sawab me Sab Ghar walo; balke tamam UMMAT ko Shareek kiya jasakta hai jaisa ke Huzoor Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne ek MENDHA Puri UMMAT ki taraf se Qurban kiya,
To iska Matlab Ajar o Sawab me Puri Ummat ka Shareek karna hai na ke Puri Ummat ki Taraf se Wajib Qurbani ada karna. Aur yahi Matlab to Ahadis ka bhi hai jisme Pure Ghar walo ki taraf se EK BAKRE ki Qurbani ka Zikr hai, warna agar ye Matlab ho ke Ek Bakra pure Ghar walo ki Taraf se Ada e Wajib ke lye kaafi hai to Ek Gaye aur Bail bhi pure Ghar Walo ki taraf se kaafi hoga chahe Ghar me 50 afrad par Qurbani Wakica ho. Phir Huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne jo Tehdeed ki hai k
“Gaye, Bail me Sirf 7 afrad shareek hosakte hai, wo Baatil aur Bekar hojayegi,
Islye Haq baat ye hai ke ek bakre se sirf ek Shaqs ki Wajib Qurbani Ada hogi.
ALLAHU ALAM.

***Baaz log aisa karte hai k 1 Saal apni Taraf se Qurbani karli,
Ek saal apni Biwi ki taraf se kardi,
Ek saal Ladke ki taraf se,
AISA KARNA SAHEEH NAHI.
Balke Jis tarah ZAKAT O SADQA FITR Har saal Wajib hota hai usi tarah QURBANI Har Saheb e Nisab par har saal Wajib hoti hai. Islye Ghar k jitne Afrad Saheb e Nisab ho un sab k naam Qurbani karna Zaroori hai.

***AGAR KOI SHAQS QURBANI K DINO ME SAHEB E NISAB HO US PAR QURBANI WAJIB HAI.

***Qurbani k Dino me Jo Musafir ho us par Qurbani Wajib nahi

***Agar Koi Shaqs Qurbani k Dino k Shuru me FAQEER tha lekin Akhir me Maaldar hogaya to us par Qurbani Wajib hogi.

***Ghareeb (Jis par Qurbani wajib nahi) agar Qurbani ki Niyyat se Qurbani ke Dino me koi Janwar Khareede to us par US JANWAR ki QURBANI WAJIB hogi, ab us ko na bech sakta hai aur na hi badal sakta hai.

***QAZA QURBANI

Jis par Qurbani Wajib thi usme GHAFLAT ya NA WAQFIYAT ki Wajeh se Kayee SAAL Qurbani nahi ki to Us ki QAZA ki Surat ye hai ke wo TAUBA O ISTIGHFAAR kare aur Har Saal ki QURBANI ki Maalyat ke Baqadar, QEEMAT ADA kare.

Zil Hijja ki daswee tareekh yani Eid ul Azha ke Din Ibne Adam ka koi Amal ALLAH TA’ALA ko QURBANI se ziada Mehboob nahi, aur Qurbani ka Janwar Qayamat ke Din Apne Seengo, Baalo aur Khuron ke sath ayega, aur Qurbani ka Khoon Zameen par Girne se pehle ALLAH TA’ALA ki Raza aur Maqbooliat ke Maqam par pohanch jata hai, bas Aye Allah ke Bando ! DIL KI PURI KHUSHI ke Sath Qurbaniya kiya karo.

***ZIL HAJ KE PEHLE 10 DIN***
1. Allah Ta’ala ne IN 10 RAATO ki QURAN me QASAM khai hai(SURAH AL FAJR<89> AYAT)

2.Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abbas(RAzi Allahu anhum) se Riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya

“Allah Ta’ala ko NEK AMAAL jitna in 10 DINO(ZIL HIJJA kw pehle 10 din) me MEHBOOB hai utna kisi Din me Nahi hai.”
Sahaba(RAzi Allahu ANhum)ne Arz kiya:
“Aye ALLAH ke Rasool (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam)!
Allah ke Raste me JIHAD karna bhi nahi?”
Ap(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya:
“Allah ki RAh me JIHAD karna bhi nahi,siwaye Us Mhjahid ke JO Apni Jaan aur Maal lekar (JIHAD k lye) NIKLA aur phir kisi cheez ke sath WApas nahi Aya( yani SHAHEED hogaya)”

3. Hazrat Abu Huraira (Razi Allahu Anhu) se Riwayat hai ke
Rasoolullah (sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:

“IBADAT karne ke lye ALLAH ke Nazdeek sab DINO me ZIL HAJ ke 10 Din Sab se AFZAL hai uske Har Din ka Roza 1 SAAl ke ROZE ke barabar hai, aur usme Har RAAT ki IBADAT SHAB E QADR ke Barabar hai.”

IN AHADIS se Hame ye pata chalta hai ke:

*ZIL HAJ ke pehle 10 DINO me KHOOB IBADAT karna chahye kyu ke in 10 DINO me IBADAT karna ALLAH KO MEHBOOB hai

*9 Zil Haj tak Roze rakhna chahye,

*Har Raat in Dino me Ibadat karna chahye.

==> ALLAH US SHAKHS KO ABAAD rakhta hai JO DEEN ki Baat Sune aur Dusron tak pohanchae.
* IRADA karen ke hum in Baato par Amal karenge.
Allah Ta’ala hum ko NEK AMAAL karne ki taufeeq ata farmaye aur Bure amaal se bachaye.

Ashr e Zil Hajjah ke baare me doosra hukm yeh diya gaya hai keh Yakum Zill Hajjah se nau (1-9) ZilHijjah tak jo ke Ramzanul Mubarak ke ba’ad aisa Ashrah hai jis ki bhot ziada khusoosiyaat hain. jis k baare me Nabi Akram Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya keh in dino me roza rakhna ek saal ke roze rakhne ke barabar hai aur ek raat ki ibadat lailatulQadr ki ibadat k barabar hai. (ibn Maja aur Tirmizi)

Shuru me jo aayat me ne telawat ki us me Allah Ta’ala ne fajr ke waqt ki aur dass raton ki qasam khayee hai. وَالْفَجْرِ (1) وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ is bare me mufassireen ki ek badee jama’at ne likha hai keh is se muraad ZillHajja ki dass raaten hain , jis me Allah ne ibaadat ko Lail atul Qadr ki ibadat ke bararbar rakha hai. Allah ta’ala ham sab ko in auqaat se fayeda uthane ki taufeeque ata farmayen aur us ki barkaat se nawazen. Aameen
