Nabi Sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya
“Mujhe Maloom hai ke tum mere sath Namaz padhne ko pasand karti ho lekin Tumhara APNE KAMRE ME NAMAZ PADHNA, HUJRE ME NAMAZ PADHNE SE BEHTAR HAI, AUR APNI QAUM KI MASJID ME NAMAZ PADHNA MERI MASJID ME NAMAZ PADHNE SE ZIADA BEHTAR HAI”

To unke HUKUM par unke ghar ke sab se AKHRI kone Me jahan SAB SE ZIADA ANDHERA HOTA hai NAMAZ PADHNE KE LYE JAGAH BANADI GAYI HAI aur wo AKHRI DAM TAK WAHI NAMAZ PADHTI RAHI.

2.Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood Razi Allahu anhu se riwayat hai ke Ap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya
“Kisi AURAT ki Allah ke Nazdeek is se Mehboob koi NAMAZ nahi ke Wo apne Nihayat Tareek kamre me NAMAZ padhe.

3.Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu anha
AJ KHAWATEEN KA JO RAWAYYA HAI AGAR AP(Sallallahu alaihi wasallam)NE ISKO DEKHA HOTA TO UNKO MASJID SE ROK DYA HOTA JAISE BANI ISRAEEL KI KHAWATEEN KO ROK DYA GAYA

Baaz log Ye aetraz karna shuru kar dete hai ke Log Aurton ko Masjid ane se rokte hai aur Hadees ki mukhalifat karte hai, magar wo ye nahi jante ke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne AURTO KO NAMAZ padhne ki jagah wazeh taur par batadi hai ke GHAR KE KONE ME NAMAZ PADHNA BEHTAR HAI.

Aqeedah Tahawiyah aur Ghair Muqallideen

Assalamu alaikum wa rahamtullahi wabarakatuh,

Ghair Muqallid ki face book par profile pic dekhi, jisme ek Side Ulama e Deoband ki Kitab Al Muhannad Alal Mufannad thi aur to doosri jaanib Aqeeda Tahawiyah ki kitab thi. Us Ghair ke Muqallid ne Al Muhannad Alal Mufannad ko cut kiya aur likha Rejected to doosri taraf Aqeedah Tahawiyah ko likha accepted.

Yeh Ghair ke Muqallideen Subah Shaam Imam Abu Haneefah rahmatullahi alaih aur Hanafiyon ko Gaaliyan dete hue aur unki Shaan me gustakhi karte hue guzarte hain, magar Afsos ke Aqaid ki Kitab Hanafi ki le liye aur Wahi Aqaid liye hain Jo Imam Abu Haneefa, Imam Abu Yousuf aur Imam Muhammad rahimahumullah ke hain.

Ji haan, Aqeedah Tahawiyah likhne wale Muhaddis o Faqeeh Imam Tahawi Hanafi hain aur Unho ne Aqaid Imam Abu Haneefa rahmatullahi alaih aur unke 2 Khaas Shagirdon ke is kitab me jama kiye hain.

Ab Bechare Ghair ke Muqallidon ko Arabic to Aati nahi apne ghar ke Tarjume par Bharosa kiya hai aur us tarjume ka bhi shuruu se nahi padha shayad kyu ke usme bhi ye baat wazeh hai.

Mai to kehta hun ke kitne hi Ghair ke Muqallidon ne ye kitab padhi hi nahi sirf FB par Bak Bak karte rehte hain, agar padhte to Imam Abu Haneefa rah ki shaan me gustakhi na karte.

Aqeede me ab Ghair ke Muqallideen Imam Abu Haneefah rahmatullahi ke Aqeede par Amal paira hai agar un ke Aqeede ko ghalat kehte ho to Jaan lo tumhara bhi ghalat hai.

Allah Ta’ala Saheeh fikr o Amal ki Taufeeq ata farmaye.

MASLA EK MAJLIS KI 3 TALAAQ

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

 

MASLA E TALAAQ E SALAASA

         Surah Baqara me Allah Ta’la ka Irshad hai

الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ

“TALAQ TO BUS 2 HI BAAR HAI, ISKE BAAD YA TO MIYA BIWI KO RUJOO KARKE ROK LIYA JAYE BHALEY TAREEKHE SE YA BHALI TARAH CHORD DIYA JAYE”

       Tamam Mustanad Mufassireen Ayat ka Shaan e Nuzool ye bayan karte hain  ke ISLAAM se pehle Ahle Arab me dastoor ye tha ke jitni baar chahe BIWI ko TALAAQ do aur Rujoo karlo. TALAAQ ka koi Adad(count) aisa na tha jiske baad Rujoo na ho sake ALLAH ne Qanoon bayan farmaya ke Rujoo sirf 2 TALAQO tak hosakta hai.

 

Aage Aya no 230 me farmate hain

فَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِنْ بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ

Tarjuma: “Do ke baad agar teesri bhi dedi to ab ye AURAT TALAQ dene par HALAAL ho hi nahi sakti jab tak ke kisi aur se NIKAAH na karle.”

 

       Ayat me مَرَّتَانِ aya hai مَرَّة(ek martaba ) aur مَرَّتَانِ(do Martaba) ka istemal ARAb me aise bhi mawaqai hota tha jab koi kaam alag kiya jaye aur aise mawaqai par bhi hota tha jab Auqaat ka farq na ho.

       Aye iski misaal hum Kalaam e Paak se dedete hain

1.    Surah Qasas me Allah Ta’ala un logon ka tazkira farma rahe hain jo pichle Asmani kitabon par Iman laye the aur jab Quran un par pesh kiya gaya to is par bhi Iman le aye aise logon ke liye BASHARAT di gayi hai unhe Dohra(double) SAWAAB diya jayega. Uske liye Alfaaz ye istemal farmaye gaye

أُولَئِكَ يُؤْتَوْنَ أَجْرَهُمْ مَرَّتَيْنِ(ayat 54)

 

2. isi tarah Surah Ahzaab me farmaya gaya ke Aye Nabi ki Biwiyo! Agar tumne koi besharmi ka kaam kiya to tumhe Dohra Azaab diya jayega, aur agar Sharm o Hayaa ki Rawish ikhtyar ki aur bhale taur par zindagi guzari to Dohra Ajar diya jayega.

       Yahan Allah Ta’ala ne awwalan(pehle) ضِعْفَيْنِ ka lafz istemal farmaya yani Dugna(double) Azaab aur phir doosri baar مَرَّتَيْنِ ka isse bhi Muraad dugna ajar hai( Surah Ahzaab ayat 30,31).

 

 

       Ye Ayat mutlaq bayan kar rahi hai ke Talaq 2 baar hai jab teesri baar dedoge(chahe ek sath do ya alag alag) uske baad Rujoo ka Haq nahi hoga illa ye ke “jab tak ke kisi aur se NIKAAH na karle(2:230)”

 

 عن عامر الشعبي قال قلت لفاطمة بنت قيس حدثيني عن طلاقك قالت طلقني زوجي ثلاثا وهو خارج إلى اليمن فأجاز ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

 

       “Aamer Sha’bi Rah farmate hain ke Maine Fatima Bint e Qais Razi Allahu anha se Guzarish ki ke apni TALAQ ka Waqia mujh se bayan kijye. Unho ne jawab diya ke mere Shauhar ne Yemen jaate waqt mujhe 3 Talaqen di thi aur Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne unhe 3 hi Qarar diya tha.”

[IBNE MAJA BAAB : مَنْ طَلَّقَ ثَلَاثًا فِي مَجْلِسٍ وَاحِدٍ]

 

       IS SE PATA CHALA KE EK MAJLIS KI 3 TALAAQ 3 HI HUA KARTI HAI EK NAHI.

       MAZEED DALAIL INSHA ALLAH AAGE HUM DENGE FILHAAL ITNA HI. AUR IS MASLE PAR SAHABA RAZI ALLAHU ANHU KE ZAMANE ME IJMA HO CHUKA THA JAISA KE Hafiz Ibne Hajar Asqalani rah ne Fathul Baari Sharah Bukhari me wazeh farma diya

       Who likhte hain
“3 Ikatthi TALAQON ke Waqai hone par Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu anhu ke Daur e Khilafat me IJMA munaqid hai aur kisi ko Yaad nahi ke unke Zamane me kisi Fard e Wahid ne bhi kisi ki Mukhalifat ki ho.”

Chand line ke baad likhte hain

“pas is IJMA ke baad iski MUKHALIFAT karne wala IJMA se munharif hai aur JAMHOOR E UMMAT kisi Masle par pura Ittefaq Waqai hojane ke baad un logon ka Qat’an aetebar nahi karte jo ab isme IKHTELAF karen.”

       Isme hame kuch likhne ki zaroorat nahi thi magar Hamare Musalman bhai Ghair Muqallideen ke Daam e Fareb me aakar 3 ko 3 nahi 1 samajhne lagey hain.

 

Allah Ta’ala hum sab ko Haraam kaamo se bachaye aur Shariat par Amal karne ki taufeeq ata farmaye.
